I have tried giving second chance after second chance to this establishment. My first encounter was when I ordered an iced brown sugar shaken espresso with light ice. They left a big gap in the venti cup and said well we will have to charge more to fill it to the top. I simply wanted less ice, but there was an up charge so my cup could be filled.
The manager stepped in and just argued that’s the way it is and the company said they have to. I explained to her the Arnold store addressed this issue when it happened there and apologized and said it was just the foam and to come in and get a free one. She continued to let me know they were wrong for doing so and if I want light ice and a full cup I have to pay more. At the end she gave me a discount because I took the venti cup that was not full and poured it in a grande cup to show her they gave me a grande actually.
My second time I had an issue was today. I went in to order a double shot, light ice, oat milk and a pump of vanilla. the sticker was printed at 7:33am and I received my coffee and 7:47am. They were busy. I understand that, but they specifically worked on only drive thru and mobile. No one else ordered in store while I was in there the whole time. I watched cars that got there after me get their coffee before me and leave. My point is there is no organization to the way they prioritize the work load. I don’t care if there is 20 mobile orders. You still need to prioritize the customers in store as well. Hire more people if you can’t handle all the Mobile orders.
I hate to stop buying from Starbucks because I love the coffee but I have had enough of the issues. In 26 years I’ve never wrote a bad review. Nor have I complained or been as mad after leaving a store. I will be going to small business coffee shops...
Read moreIt’s always hit or miss with my drinks. I order the same thing every time, every where I go, and never have issues anywhere else, but this time was different. I went into the store after my drink wasn’t made to according to Starbucks recipe standards but also spending nearly $8 to be missing 2 ingredients. So she proceeded to take my drink back behind the counter after I have already drank out of it and added what was missing and gave it back to me but was also telling me that they’ll get in trouble for adding whipped cream on a non dairy drink, all while fixing the drink that was handed to me through the drive thru window. People do things that won’t make sense to you but it’ll make sense to them because like myself, I only order almond milk because I love the flavor that it adds to the coffee, not because it’s non dairy. But that’s why you’re always supposed ask the customer while they’re at the drive thru screen, because it’s still part of the drink regardless. I honestly wouldn’t be writing this review had I not been approached so aggressively when I walked into the store but then to be condescendingly educated by the barista on what they’re rules are while taking my drink back behind the counter and adding what was missing. I appreciate my drink being made right, I just didn’t appreciate the treatment I received when I went in to...
Read moreIf you’re ever in Farmington and craving some Starbucks, go ahead and get the black coffee sitting at the gas station that’s three days old instead; I promise it will taste much better than the burnt bitter disgusting excuse of a coffee that we got at this location. The man who took our order was wearing a beanie and dark sunglasses, and he was either hungover or high and super out of it, or both. He took our order wrong, made it wrong, was confused when I asked for a simple correction to it, and then when we tasted it, it wasn’t drinkable with how burnt it was. We don’t like to complain, so we just asked for some vanilla added to the lattes to sweeten them up. The same man proceeded to come over and watch us fix our own coffees, and told my friend “you don’t look too happy” and then took off his black tinted glasses to make sure we could see his eyes when he was being rude to my friend. We were still overly nice to him even after this. Upon walking out we heard a woman who waited 30 minutes for her mobile order, and he got that one wrong too! Absolutely TERRIBLE service, and whoever that was that helped us today was really bringing the rest of...
