Firehouse Subs Fayetteville — Restaurant in Fayetteville

VERY disappointed! I went to this location at 8:50PM 3/30/24. The sign said closing time was at 9:00PM. The OPEN sign was still flashing and the door was open. My sole purpose for this visit was because the previous day I had ordered a big order through the app and gotten home (35 minutes away) and they had forgotten one of my sandwiches. I called and was told to come back today to get the sandwich. Before I could even tell the employee the reason for my visit, she very rudely shouted “we are closed!” I said well the door is unlocked, she said there are signs on the counter. I told her she may want to lock the door if she was indeed closed. She never asked me if she could help me or anything. As I was walking out, I heard her say “I ain’t got time for this *%$!” and she locked the door behind me. I tried to call the phone number listed to get a number for a manager but she would not answer. I rarely come to this location because every time I do they always mess up my order, but this time topped it off. I will not be back to this location. Absolutely uncalled for. I took a picture of the location after she shut the lights off, still was before 9:00PM. In my opinion not how a business...

I asked for extra mayo on my club. While waiting I heard the manager make a comment on how much the young man was putting on my sandwich but I didnt think much of it since I did ask for extra. When I got home there was so much mayo I couldn't even taste anything but mayo. I called the store to talk to the manager about iI. He immediately dismissed my concerns and said he didnt think it was too much mayo and that the kid was new and young and even played on his baseball team. I found it completely unprofessional and very concerning that he never once apologized for the issue and instead to defend his worker whom even he had questioned the amount of mayo. I have no doubt the kid was a good kid and wasn't meaning to be disrespectful by drowning my sandwich. The lack of guidance and accountability is clearly coming...

This place gots good food . But the district manager McKenzie is the most unprofessional person ive ever meet as a boss.. my 2nd day she told me i could vap in the store in the bathroom l.. then i walk out today and she doesnt even give me a chance to respond before she tells me all my tips will be taken out my check.. then she tells me im unprofessional for that.. well vaping in the bathroom is illigal and unprofessional.. and the district manager told me i could... Wouldnt eat here.. plus i need to find out how to contact headquarters about her.. now ive been on hold for over 30 mins sent her a text telling her i would call at this time.. is that a coincidence?? Na shes just 22 with some power.. so shes mad like a chi so be careful about firehouse subs in Fayetteville..other than her tho...
