McDonald's — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Employees were very nice attentive and approachable cashier was extremely friendly I really just stopped there because I wanted coffee and wanted to get a macchiato or Americano something with espresso but they had nothing except for regular brew coffee or iced coffee I got a meal anyways since I was already inside and even though the meal is $6.29 I was charged another $1.40 for getting an orange juice even though it is advertised with the orange juice so I ended up spending $9 for a breakfast burrito meal which is crazy , but he (cashier)was being very nice and I didn't want to push the issue so I just paid it when I got my food my hash brown was soaked with grease cold and chewy I asked one of the other employees if she could please give me a fresh hash brown and told her the issue she immediately replaced it with two hash browns fresh out of the vat the employees were great the food not so much which was a bit odd, considering there were district and (assuming)regional manager walking around in regular clothes throughout the store and the kitchen I would assume they would double check things but they didn't and also were not wearing hair nets in the kitchen and touching their hair and then touching the food surface areas these were not the store employees the store employees were in their uniforms correctly they all had hair nets on and hair secured with gloves as well. they were all very well presented with smiles and great attitudes. The other women, however, were not even following basic health codes in the kitchen, pretty unprofessional especially in the customer/food service industry. I've definitely had my time put in with McDonald's and I don't think it's acceptable at all that these women be allowed to just touch and do whatever they want however they want McDonald's has basic standards that every franchise HAS to abide by the employees checked all the boxes but the district manager and what I would assume would have been maybe the regional manager that was with her didn't check any boxes there were no smiles there were no greetings just harsh faces and the image of what you are not allowed to do behind the counter. Practice was you preach would be the best way to describe what I saw and I can't reiterate enough how great the employees were this is the first time I reviewed this store in particular I've been there multiple times really hope that the employees get the credit that they do deserve from the outside looking in they seem to be very hard workers and they care about the customers experience Employees 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Outside management....DO BETTER FOR YOUR BRAND...

This is the absolute WORST McDonald’s in America. I went to SKIBO and ordered a 10pc meal with a large hi-c and hot mustard sauce. Simple right? WRONG. I get to the window and the dusty darkskinned girl with the busted braids holds a drink out the window and says nothing. I tell her I ordered a large and the medium she gave me isn’t the large I paid for. She still says nothing and closes the window in my face. She then pours the medium drink in a large cup and proceeds to fill the cup up with 2 large scoops of ice instead of making the large drink I paid for. That’s a large ice with a medium drink like get it together and stop being lazy. So I tell her well now let me get that large drink with no ice please. She says “well can you pull up to the parking space so somebody can bring it to you”. I said no I can not because it’s just a drink…. How long does it take to make a drink. She rolls her eyes shut the window with a stank attitude and walks off. The manager (lightskinned lady in a red shirt) was standing there the whole time making drinks for the people behind me so why do I need to park for a drink. That’s not the kitchen that’s just this lazy bitty with bad braids that didn’t want to do the job they hired her to do. So she comes back and shoves the drink out the window so I snatched it from her and waited for her to say something. She closed the window quick and turned her back. Not to mention I didn’t get the sauce I asked for and she squeezed the fry box while making it so my child got half a container of large fries. She is lucky my child was in the car and I had to go out of town. I have called the restaurant and of course no answer. Avoid this place and the lazy cashiers who can’t make a simple order correctly. How do you get an attitude when you messed up. She needs a serious attitude check before a customer check it for her. She lucky she caught me when she did and not on...

For McDonald's, it's rarely about the food. Unless they truly mess something up, it's standard McDonald's. What sets one apart from the next is the staff (both in service and cleanliness) and the store design. This McDonald's definitely attempts to stand apart from the rest in all three. The staff was very friendly and courteous, greeting me promptly as I walked through the door, and seemed almost disappointed that they couldn't assist me when I informed them that I ordered through the app. While I waited, as always, I like to look into the back of house to check out the state of the kitchen and, even in the middle of a lunch rush, everything was clean and orderly. I watched in slight amazement as one of the board workers wiped the table down between each sandwich that he built. That slight amazement grew into full amazement as I say down and ate my food and watched as an elderly gentleman cleaned each table with such impeccable detail that you could probably eat off the table if you wanted. I mean, I don't know why you'd want to cause they have trays, but you could if that's what you're into. And it's not like he was doing it halfheartedly, trying to waste time as some people do - he was working swiftly, just being ever so detailed that let you know that he took pride in his work, even in something so mundane (though necessary) as wiping down tables. They have a play place for the children in a separate room so that the main dining room was drowned with the screams of children which, as a childless (though not a child-hating) customer, I especially appreciated . I would definitely visit again. And would definitely recommend...
