This is one to add to the bucket list!!!!! Wow! I was so impressed with Pan Restaurant located in downtown Fayetteville. They offer gourmet sandwiches and salads created with locally sourced, quality ingredients, handmade dressings, and relishes. We tried the Icarus. It was served warm with hot sopressata, pepperoni, burrata, red pesto, and calabrian pepper relish. The combination was INCREDIBLE!! The meats were spicy and flavorful paired with the perfect meaty cheese blend and that tasty sweet and spicy pepper relish. Every bite was excitement in your mouth! It might be my new favorite sandwich ever. We also tried the Giuseppe. It was served cold with black forest ham, hot sopressata, sweet sopressata, burrata, calabrian pepper relish, and basil pesto on a fresh sub roll. This sandwich was delicious too. The combination of the creamy burrata and the pepper relish and pesto was amazing. Topping the burrata with the meat trio sealed the deal to a perfect sandwich. I highly recommend checking this place out. I intend to try every one of their sandwiches! Their means changes based on the seasonal ingredients. I attached a picture of the...

Before my trip to Fayetteville, I was stalking the local food scene on Google maps when Pan stood out to me. I decided that was going to be a goal to go and have lunch. I did just that and was blown away at how amazing this place is. I ordered the whole Giuseppe and when it came out, this absolutely gargantuan of a sandwich had to be a total of at least 15 inches, and cut in half. It came with a sandwich bag as well for the other leftover half. I learned that almost all of the cured meats are locally sourced in NC and as a salami connoisseur, I confidently say, they are delicious. The meats are topped with house made Calabrian chili relish and a house made pesto, then a generous amount of burrata. After my first bite, it was decided that this sandwich was in fact, the absolute best sandwich I've ever put in my meat hole. I even went back the next day for another and this time got the Icarus. Once again, I have nothing negative to say as this was at the top of my list of the best as well. There is a pretty wide variety of vegetarian options as well that even as a hardcore meat eater, I'm excited to try on one of my...

My brother has raved about this restaurant for a long time and today I finally got a chance to experience it with him. From the moment we walked in the door I had a good experience. Linda, who was working the counter, was very polite and even started giving us recommendations. I don’t eat meat so I was very happy to see they have vegetarian options. I got a half size of the Stace and it was amazing. You can tell the ingredients are fresh. The half size is absolutely huge (I couldn’t finish it) so I can’t imagine the full size. My sister got a Le Clare panini which she enjoyed and it was her first time having a panini. My brother, who is a regular, got the La Forza which looked amazing. They have subs, paninis, and soup on occasion. I don’t live in the area but if I did I would definitely frequent the...
