Did not get what I paid for. Received the coat and was utterly embarrassed for what I thought would be a great company, you can get similar quality by shopping at primark.
After receiving the jacket it took a week to get a partial refund and to get an address of a tailor so I can get the coat fixed because not everything was added to the coat.
Took it to the tailor as per Eric’s “fit guarantee“ the tailor said that it was terrible and couldn’t be fixed.
Eric finally agreed to send me the remaining price of the coat.
(Shipped back February 11th)
It’s been a month since the jacket has been received by Eric. calls, texts, and emails are no longer answered.
$243 is still owed to me and I no longer have the coat.
I have all the proof and everything that was said is 100% accurate save your money. Do yourself a favor and go to a real tailor.

The most phenomenal customer service, high quality suits, great location, and even the office is decorated in a way that emits a vibe of stylish gentleman. Even though it did not arrive in time, which was through no fault of him, when I did come back to get the suit all I could think was "quality". The material matched perfectly to exactly what I had ordered. I did need some alterations done to the suit, but it is a well worth it process. I just wanted to say thank you Washington apparel for how amazing they have been working with me through all of this, and going out of their way in making this experience the one of the most top service experiences I have experienced. I am greatly looking forward to coming back to them for...
Read moreWhen I started to look for an Ike jacket I found long delays and back orders. The quality of the garments were what they appeared to be, “massed produced”. Being at Bragg I started to ask around and couldn’t find anything so I Googled it. The pictures I saw weren’t very flattering. Then I Came across Washington Apparel Company. During my initial consultation I told them I wanted my jacket and trousers to be as they were in the 1940s, high waisted pants and a slimmer fit jacket. What I got was simply a gorgeous reproduction of Ike’s jacket and both the jacket and trousers fit perfectly! If you don’t have the AGSU yet, don’t spend money on off the rack. Have your uniform custom tailored for you. Washington Apparel is an excellent...
