Hi, my name is Caroline when I took my phone and it was completely broken in the front in the back don’t give me wrong they fix my phone it’s beautiful and I love it but there are some concerns that I have my back lens on my iPhone 8 when I try to take pictures on the back, it’s completely black in this phone is no I got it knew it was never touched and before I left the shop, it started glitching. I thought it was just it trying to reboot itself or whatever but the whole entire time that I had it it’s been glitching really really badly and when I went into the shop my power button. I usually don't take too much time to post a review but this business deserves recognition in so many ways. I had a cracked screen on my iPhone that needed to be repaired. It was pretty late, and I decided to request a quote on Yelp in order to contact multiple businesses at the same time for a pricing quote for the repair. It was past business hours, and I wasn't expecting a response, however I immediately received a response within a few minutes from Phone Factory. The owner, Thomas was so helpful. He took the time to give me the information that I needed. Phone Factory not only offered the most competitive pricing, but he was able to repair my phone in 45 minutes (versus 2 hours from other companies), and he was the only business that actually had my part in stock.
