I went to pick up an order that I placed online, arriving about 10 minutes after the expected ready time. I walked into the store and noticed about 8-10 other customers waiting for their orders, all looking very frustrated. I asked to pick up my order, and the worker shuffled through what looked like 30 tickets on the counter, all in a disorganized pile. I was informed it would be about 20 more minutes, but based on the fact that only one person was making pizza, that seemed far fetched. There were only 2 workers, one of which didn't seem to care about the fact that they were SO behind. He (Enrique) even smirked as a customer became frustrated after trying to pick up their order which was already 45 minutes late. She asked to get a refund, but he was unable to do so. There seemed to be no accountability or management around, it was probably the worst display of customer service I've seen in a long time.
I told them I'd come back before they close to pick up my pizzas, since I only needed them for the next day. When I came back around 7:30, the pizzas were still not ready and it took them 20 minutes to make 4 pizzas. I literally saw my tickets sitting on the counter from several hours earlier with a note that I would pick them up later, yet no one took the initiative to actually make them.

Read moreToday, ordered a Chicago pizza. Picked it up, once home, unwrapped the pie and notice big chunks of cheese laying on top. It was about 6 pieces, it appeared as if whomever made it didn't care how it looked. We were unable to go back to the store due to time restraints. So my brother called the store to report the presentation of the pie. Needles to say he ran into resistance while talking to the manager. My brother was told by the manager that sometimes this happens, we don't want to waste the cheese so we just leave it on the pizza, regardless of how it appears. When my brother asked if that's corporates way of making pizza? The manager replied he wasn't sure. My brother suggested that in the future they should not leave the chunks of cheese on and maybe shred it or place it inside of the crust. My brother explained that presentation means a lot. After 15 minutes of talking and listening to the manager explain why this occurs, he offered to give my brother 5 dollars off the next visit. What makes him think we would want to purchase another pizza. Especially if he saying he doesn't want to waste the cheese. That makes me think what other type of food is he not wanting to waste regardless of...

Waiting to find out what i owe to see the kid sharing info on his phone with his coworker. IM THE ONLY PERSON THERE and im told to stand outside. What? The letter on the door says they "may" limit the amout of people in the store-ok understandable-IM THE ONLY PERSON THERE. This not the 1st time i have had problems at this location. Another time I placed an on linr order anf had to race there to get there before they closed to find out they haven't even started it. I was interrupting something. I wont go back.
