Even though Popeye's burger place was open, there were only 2 workers present and were doing the best they could serving customers ordering via the drive thru kiosk. Sure there was a large backlog of cars lined up to place their orders. My total wait time in the car lineup was about 20 to 25 minutes before I was able to place my order. After placing the order I received my food order within 5 minutes. The order taker was pleasant when taking my order and delivery of my food order. That is a great employee...who can keep up with the tense and stressful onslaught of customers and still continue to have a very positive attitude when interacting with the customers. I didn't get the server's name, but I hope that Popeye's management can figure out who the 2 workers were and give them a well deserved notification of some kind, they certainly earned it. I went to the Popeye's store located in Federal Way on the east side of Enchanted Village Parkway just past S. 348th St. The day was Friday February 25 at...
Read moreThe only place I go here is the Hobby Lobby (excellent arts and crafts store, forget anything negative you've heard). There's also a Costco, a place called We Rock the Spectrum which is a shabby looking and spendy ($12 for the first kid and $10 for each sibling) play place, aimed at autistic kids, though I wouldn't take my own Aspie there. Take the littles to The Childrens Museum in downtown Tacoma instead, it's pay what you can and an awesome set up (see my review). There's a Seattle Children's Urgent Care South Clinic, I believe they open at 5pm. They will treat your kid AMAZING. There's a few other stores that aren't very memorable and an Olive Garden (excellent), Shari's (ew) and a Popeyes chicken (I'm not familiar). As an artist I find the Hobby Lobby to be the best craft store in the whole of Tacoma/Federal Way and the Children's Clinic by far the best Urgent Care in...
Read morePoorly managed. Frequently out of items, only to offer an apology and a suggestion to make another selection. Customers are greeted blah, when they're greeted at all. I felt as if I was disturbing the person behind the counter when I ordered. Poor dispositions.
I've been going to this place for years, what remains consistent is the level of unprofessionalism. Employees are often discussing personal issues amongst each other within range of customers hearing; discussions that should probably be kept away from the job.
Side portions seems smaler; containers are half filled, but the prices remain high.
Revamp/shakeup with new ositive and professional attitudes leaving other away from...
