My 8mo old daughter is very mobile but not quite walking. I was looking for a place for her to climb on some safe padded things and maybe a tunnel to crawl through, nothing much. I found this place and the website states 0-8months can play for free. I thought how great that would be since she isn't big enough to walk or use some of the other stuff. The online booking form didn't work and kept saying I am not authorized, even after registering, so I decided to drive there and check it out. I was met by two girls at the front desk who were super rude and seemed to have no clue how to have a normal interaction with a customer. They proceeded to tell me it's only free if they are accompanying a sibling. That is not what the website states. They also looked at her and said, "shes pretty small", as if I am a total idiot for thinking she could play there. Regardless, they said it would be $9 for my daughter. I wasn't sure if I wanted to pay that since she wouldn't be able to use all the toys. They said I could take my shoes off and check it out if I wanted. I agreed and took my shoes off. I then stood at the gate, waiting to be let in, while both girls stood at the desk doing nothing, for what felt like an eternity. In my mind I was thinking, hello, is anyone home, you just said we could come in and check it out. Finally after making awkward eye contact, they slowly moved toward the gate and let us in. The toys for little ones were super dirty and in that same area there was an adult, lying face down on a bench (sleeping, napping? I don't know). I walked around the other areas which seem cleaner than the toy area but honestly, not worth $9 for my daughter. Based on the lack of basic human communication from the girls who worked there, combined with the misinformation on the website and dirty toys, I won't be returning, even when my...
Read moreMy son absolutely loved this place! Our electricity was out for the day so I wanted to keep him entertained so we looked this place up and they had open play!
From the outside it looks pretty small but once I got in I was surprised how big it was! There is a small section where there were toys, a train set, and a chalk board.
My son loved all the toys they had, they had a mini kitchen set, a grocery cart, a broom, a mop... not sure if my son is in the kitchen too much with me 🤣🤣.
They have a big slide! Lots of things for kids to climb on and in the back there is also instruments! He loved playing on the piano! There is also a quiet room with lots of books!
We will...
Read moreKids had a great time but the toy area was full of dirty, broken unorganized toys. There were multiple (5 or 6) kids there for what appeared to be respite care when we arrived. Which would have been fine except there was only one staff member who was supposed to run the front desk and watch these kids. My one year old got pulled down by her neck by a kid who was there for respite care. That same child was throwing hard toys around. It straight up became dangerous for my 1 year old twins. We specifically went there because I thought it would be good for my little ones but unfortunately it was stressful and often felt...
