My order was wrong right off the bat, which it was a large order so I wasn’t very upset about this but when I discovered the mistake I noticed that the employees preparing food were not wearing gloves. Most of the young men in the kitchen are not wearing gloves while preparing the food and their long hair or facial hair is not covered (not sure if that’s still a requirement). The cashier in the front handling food was not wearing gloves either and his long black hair was found in my fries. When I called to inform them of the hair and employees not wearing gloves I was hung up on. I was refunded for the food that was not eaten, so I do appreciate that. Read moreThis Fenton, MO store is fantastic and I ALWAYS have a good experience there. My favorite employee is Mike Condellire and all of the other workers are well-trained and polite and efficient. The food is always excellent, but I would like to challenge the owners/management to get rid of styro-foam containers ASAP and move quickly to eco-friendly paper containers for ease of recycling, as I always take paper items from MY TABLE and OTHER PEOPLE'S TABLES HOME TO RECYCLE and I do this at ALL restaurants that i visit all the time because I know that all of that material will get recycled by my home waste management company. Read moreThis restaurant location needs leadership and employees who are not rude to customers. The past couple times we've gone through the drive thru our drinks have not had any ice in them. Today I asked for cups of ice and the female working the drive thru window proceeded to hand me the cups of ice (because she neglected to put ice in the cup in the first place) stating "There!" Horrible customer service. Two other people then gathered at the window. Not one offered an apology about not putting ice in an iced tea. Not spending my money at this location anyone.
