Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Findlay

This is the first time eating at this restaurant. The chicken fingers are very small , the Texas toast was soggy and only grilled on one side .🤬 The 4 piece combo meal cast $11.06 🤬 I now know I should have went to KFC or LEE’S . Less time to sit in line and A LOT MORE FOOD FOR THE MONEY. The size of the chicken fingers are NOT what you see on TV or on the signs posted outside of this restaurant !!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬 Think twice Findlay and surrounding areas before waisting your hard earned money of this CRAP . The management of Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers called me after my above review apologizing that the small chicken fingers and the Texas toast only grilled on one side was unsatisfactory for their business and he will put two FREE 4 piece meals on the books to make up for my bad experience. I also told him that I would write a better review if the free meal was better. WELL, on 4/25/2024 I went back and picked up my two free meals . NO CHANGE , very small chicken strips and once again soggy toast only grilled on one side.🤬 HEY FINDLAY, If you go to Lee’s famous recipe you can get a 5 piece meal with two side and a drink for $12.99 compared to $11.00 at Cane’s. I didn’t go pick it up but I ate it. Just recently got a canes where I’m from and love it always consistently good great and taste amazing. Sent my hubby and son with 30 minutes ish to closing. They said lady working drive thru was very nice, which is refreshing. However, the food was not consistent from what i know of canes. All around, my chicken seemed undercooked in some spots and overcooked in others. My son who is such a caniac even gave me a piece of his chicken because its breading was soggy. We barely got any fries my Cole slaw was almost just cabbage didn’t taste like it was made into a slaw. The drinks tasted weird because of the areas water I think. I had lemonade and my husband had dr.pepper. Happy that the service was good disappointed...

I will definitely not be eating here again. After visiting Ohio to see a friend we ordered from here and got home and almost 6 dollars worth of our food wasn’t in our bag. I tried contacting the store for two hours and nobody answered. I finally got a hold of the corporation and they were supposed to send me coupons in the mail. I did receive an envelope that was empty, so I contacted them again. They were supposed to send me coupons and this has been two months already and I still haven’t received anything.
