Mornings Breakfast & Brunch — Restaurant in Fishers

If a mistake is made on their end be prepared for no accountability to be taken by them. We ordered snd paid online the night prior for a next morning pick up because we were on a very tight schedule. My husband went to pick up our food at the scheduled time we had picked for it to be ready. (We also received an email saying it was ready) When he arrived no one knew where our order was and he was told a Doordash employee must of picked it up. After he a little investigation they realized the food was actually never made. They said they could make the food but it would take about 15-20 mins. My husband called me telling me about what happened, as he had to park the car because he just parked near the curb. I asked him to request a discount or something because it was a big mistake on their end (and a big inconvenience) . He asked if I could call as he was still parking the car. I called to speak to the manager and explained what had happened. And she never apologized and only said that they would cancel our order for a refund. I explained no that we did not want our order canceled but because the mistake was on their end but they should give their customers a compensation for their mistakes. She then said well your husband said it was fine so she didn't need to do anything to fix it. So I said I will just have him talk to you because he is there. The manager continued to be rude and kept trying to walk away from my husband saying she was going to cancel the order if he wanted any kind of discount. He had now been there for almost 20+ minutes waiting why would he cancel now. So yeah we ended up getting no real apologies and our...

Horrible. We left there hungry. Me and one other person. I ordered the Philly chicken sandwich with fries. Got 17 fries. 12 of them no bigger than the base of my pinky nail, the others were about the size of up to my first knuckle joint of my forefinger (I'm a small person). 7 cubes of chicken the size of a dog food nugget on the sandwich. The green peppers and onions were so finely chopped and only got a teaspoon of them on there. Friend got the scrambled eggs, hashbrown steak skillet with pancakes. No seasoning. Eggs were dry from sitting so long before being served. Pancakes were like rubber (we could stretch them like silly putty). We were treated bad the moment we walked in like it was a bother for the girl to get off of tic tok to seat us, she threw the menus down and said here is your table. The waitress took 10 minutes to come over and ask if we needed or ready to order. Another 10 minutes to get our drinks. Then another 20 minutes for a waitress (not ours) to walk around looking for what table our food belonged to. Asked for a side of mayo (big mistake) that took another 10 minutes to get to us. We asked for drinks to go and never got them.

We left hungry!!!!! Not worth the $43.50 that was spent.

Stopped on a whim - and was disappointed. I had the southern bennie with a side of pancakes and my wife had the breakfast burrito. Also a coffee. The service from the young lady could not have been better. The food though was not good. Looked good...but just was no good at all. It was bland. Very blad. The chicken in my bennie was not flavorful as if maybe just reheated. And my wife said the same about her burrito. Looked great. Just very very flavorless. So really...the two stars was for presentation. And as for the pancakes? I am not sure if this was because it was a mix or what. They were chewy and stuck to the roof of my mouth like gum. So...really not sure who their kitchen manager/chef is - they need some legitimate feedback. This is a great business location - and it's on top of downtown fishers...so they have a crowd. But there is plenty of competition. I wish I could say more positive - I did give the young lady a 22% tip because she was working hard and had a really positive attitude. Also - it might be me - the coffee was seriously strong. I used 8 or 10 creams to try and thin it out but it was not good either. I do hope they will take my critique sincerely. I wish them well. The food...
