Donatos Pizza — Restaurant in Fishers

Worst delivery experience I've ever had. Manager was rude and didn't try to help. Never going back. Submitted order online and it said 40 minutes till my order would be delivered. Got an email saying my order left the building 30 minutes after placing my order. 45 minutes after it left the building, still no pizza. I called the store and the woman I spoke to said, "the driver left 10 minutes ago with two orders, so it should be there any minute." I told her I got an email 45 minutes ago stating that my order had left the building and asked if it left 45 minutes ago. She said, "well, yes it did leave 45 minutes ago, but the driver has several stops." So she lied about when it left and she lied about how many stops the driver had. I told her that the restaurant is 5 minutes from my house and the pizza would clearly be cold when it's finally delivered. She rudely replied, "what would you like me to do about it? I can give you a small discount, but I'm not giving you free food." I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. I wasn't looking for free food; I was looking for someone in customer service to care that their store had done a terrible job and at least be apologetic. This woman shouldn't have a job in any customer service business, let alone management. I sent a complaint to Donatos customer service and have yet to receive a reply. Donatos has terrible service and clearly doesn't care about their customers. I won't be spending my money...

I ordered a large Pepperoni and Mushroom Pizza for Carryout tonight. It was supposed to be ready at 8:26 p.m. I arrived at the Donato's arrived 8:45, went inside and told the guy that I was picking up a pizza for Kelly M. He turned around to see which pizza was mine and realized that they had 2 orders for Kelly. He said door dash had just picked an order for Kelly. I take it that he didn't look before he handed the pizza over to the door dash driver to see which Kelly order, he was giving them. He had to make another pizza for me. I had planned to just come pick up the pizza and be right back home, so we could eat dinner, I had to wait about 10 or 15 minutes for him to make me a pizza and then put it in the oven to bake. The employee never apologized for the mistake that he made. The employees at this location seem to be scatter brained and very unorganized. I just became a new customer of Donato's in January and the experience I have had so far, does not please me at all. The last time I ordered cheese bread, it was not cut at all, so I had to come home and cut it with a knife. I think I will go back to ordering pizza's...

Will not order again. Ordered pizza online set to pay in store, drove to store to pick it up, 1 lg pizza and 1 order of breadsticks for $28 is ridiculous. And it turned out to be just blah pizza. Dont get the Margareta pizza its bland almost only a layer of cheese. I'm standing at the counter to pay with my card in the machine and it has a precaluculated tip and it won't let me pick no tip so I said to the guy I'm doing something wrong it won't let me not leave a tip and he said oh hit the green button and did it for me and when he handled me the receipt it charged almost $4 in tip. I told the guy (kid really) at least twice I didn't want to leave a tip and he just looks at me. Doesn't offer to back it off nothing. So I left.

Tried contacting corporate and all that and never heard back.

Before we start a tipping war, I do tip and tip well when the situation warrants it. If I place an online order, drive to the store, park, walk in in pouring rain to get the food, for mediocor at best pizza, and then be forced to pay a tip.... learned my lesson and...
