Fishers Test Kitchen — Restaurant in Fishers

If I could give a 0 for service I would. I placed an online order for pickup, followed all the prompts which included inputting my car details. At arrival I selected that I was outside, I was notified that my food was ready and I waited for my food to be brought out…10 minutes passed and I then proceeded to the pickup window which looked nonfunctional, was filled with dishes. I then called and the line did not go through. I had to drag my newborn into the building, which I was trying to avoid. Once I entered there was no one at Gorditos but there was an employee at the other station who asked me what I was there for. I showed him my order and notification that informed me my order was ready, he stepped away to get another employee. That employee showed me something on their phone in Spanish (I don’t speak/ read Spanish) so I informed the female worker that it’s been well over 30 minutes and my order isn’t ready even though I was notified that it was. The employee after several minutes finally made my food. I do not recommend ordering the chips as they are left out in the open with no lid, and the worker didn’t use a scoop or gloves. If I could report this payment as fraud I sure would, but I’m no longer ordering from the Test Kitchen, I prefer a more established facility and one where employees...

Could not call ahead. They asked about online ordering, but they don’t take incentrev certificates online. So I had to go in before ordering.

I get in and there is a sign on the door. “Dine in customers must see host before claiming a table.” It’s like they intentionally picked more aggressive verbiage than “Please wait to be seated.”

Went to order and could not even get eye contact with a kitchen staff member, so I attempted self order. Got to the payment and predictably could not enter vouchers. So I finally flagged someone down. They had to redo my order, which is fine.

I waited ~15 min, no food. I then checked my receipt - I had originally put take out on my order, but when the order was redone they put dine in. So I had to flag down staff again to let them know. The staff at Gorditas acted like I told them no raises this year. I get it’s annoying, but it wasn’t my fault, and I was trying to be polite about it, but I also couldn’t get anyone’s attention!

Finally got my food after 20 min. After arriving home, they had missed a side. Food was decent, but I won’t...

I had no idea that this was attached to sun king fishers, but it was a pleasant surprise when I visited sunking for their “lemon shandy” release. Fishers test kitchen has some food court vibes but better, you have three option which you go inside order your meal and then one of those Buzzers alters you to go pick up your food. I decided to go with the lil dumplings kitchen and I am not having buyers remorse with my option. They were running a devour option, which is always a good deal in my opinion. I had cowboy caviar, which was made with all fresh veggies, you could crunch some tostadas up and use them as chips. There also was a lobster roll included in the meal and I loved it as well, it tasted fresh and was seasoned to perfection. The last part of my delicious food journal, was the Korean fried bun, I had never had one before and I thought it was very tasty ( made me think of funnel cakes, I’m American so, that should not surprise anyone) all around great experience and I will be back to try the other...
