One Trick Pony — Restaurant in Fishers

I'm really surprised at the negative views of this restaurant. I've never had a bad experience here. I live nearby and will often grab a burger and fries to-go. It's SO much better than Shake Shack or any other burger place. Yes... it's a little overpriced, but it's also not McDonalds. I would assume most people are fully capable of seeing the price before submitting their order. Burger is always cooked to perfection, and the fries are so good! Some of these negative reviews also complain about the restaurant setup -- I think it's unfair to judge a restaurant based off it's setup. Individual brick & mortar stores are expensive, and this is a unique concept...

Just stopped in this hamburger restaurant, I have to be completely honest, the kind, friendly greeting from both employees was incredible! The chef that made my cheeseburger did an unbelievable job, the burger was perfectly cooked fresh to order, and the quality of beef this restaurant uses definitely shows from the first bite all the way to the last! Went here when it originally opened, decided to go back for lunch yesterday. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. The food was...ok...the service was alright I guess? The automated system is not good, it's easier to order from your phone. What was the biggest disappointment I think (other than all the gnats at the pickup counter) was the bacon. It used to be amazing but it tasted like reheated grocery store garbage. I'm not sure what's going on at the Test kitchen in general, but all 3 stalls...
