QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Fishers

I went to order a chicken burrito and 2 kids steak taco meal. Employee tried to give me 1 taco, i had to ask “doesn’t the kids taco come with 2 tacos?” She said “oh yea.” She then goes to put my toppings in small cups. I asked if she could pit my toppings on my tacos and she said “no you will have to do it yourself” She refused to make the tacos how I want it. The guy at the front acted like he didn’t know that the kids meal came with a side. I asked for chips, he then stuffs his hands inside the bag to open the bag when normally they would use tong or the scooper to open the bag, this is unsanitary and it is COVID. I get to the drink machine to get a drink and they are OUT of ice. I go to get sprite and the sprite is flat! I asked the guy in the front if they could substitute for a bottle since the ice was out and sprite was flat. He stated that he could ask the manager and she said “NO” but she can refund the drink and charge me for a bottled drink. I just took a hot lemonade to save the headache. I later called to complain due to did not want to cause a scene in the restaurant because people were waiting in line. I spoke with Kaitlyn the manager and she was very RUDE, all she had to say about the whole experience was “thanks for letting me know and I will re train my staff” I will never return to this location again ! I just want to say that I absolutely love Qdoba. I didn't have a good experience at this location. This is the first time I ordered from this one. I love about 7 minutes away. I ordered on the app this time. Downloaded it just for this reason. It said my order would be ready between 4:53pm - 5:03pm. I left right at 5 o'clock. Rush hour should give them plenty of time to get our food prepared. I walked in and walked to the pickup area. No one said anything to me for awhile. Finally, what looked like the youngest employee asked me if I was picking up. I told him I was. There were 4 people standing in line. I sat down at the booth and waited. While waiting, there was a customer that wasn't very happy. The customer asked what the employee's name was. The GENERAL MANAGER told her her name and said she's more than welcome to make a phone call. She said this very loud. The customer decided she wasn't going to stay and the GM named Leah yelled at her to get out. There was some yelling between the two. After everyone was taken care of inside, they finally decided to make my food. Long review, but maybe it would be better if you just went in without using the app. IT DOESNT MAKE A DIFFERENCE! I had a terrible experience at this exact location last night and I should have explained to the manager but something told me the lady( black, heavy set, short, with braids,) I can’t remember her name. But something told me she was actually running the place since she was the one ordering him around as if she was the manager and he was her subordinate. I went in to get a bowl. They didn’t. Have much of anything I went in around 7:30pm. He’s making veggies and she’s barking orders. I tell her what I want they don’t have it so I get what I can. I get down to the register and she charges me $20 for a bowl which barely had anything no rice it was a mess. I ask her is there anyway I can be compensated for my inconvenience she shakes her and then yells for the manager, I’m still waiting on an answer. He walks over and ask her “what is it?” She looks at me and says “well tell him he’s the manager!” I have been to this location several times. This lady is doing this establishment a disservice. If you can’t serve people properly find a new job. I really hope corporate looks into this behavior because this place was so out of wack.
