Smoothie King — Restaurant in Fishers

This Smoothie King location is good; however, I do miss the old location that was off 86th & Michigan(closed back in 2013, I think). Anyways, this place gets jam packed on a good day & the wait time can be ridiculous sometimes if only 1 or 2 workers are there😒😣). Even though I did have a pretty bad experience last yr from the manager @the time(I don't think she's there anymore) when I was there w/my boyfriend & two kids. Everybody had got their smoothies except for me in a reasonable amount of time. So, I waited about 5 mins to see if mine was ready - NOPE! Then I waited another 5 mins, then 10 mins went by(now keep in mind there are other ppl getting their orders while I'm so patiently/impatiently waiting). After the 20 mins, I had had it & asked her about my order in a somewhat calm manner, lol. She said she had forgot to make it & would make it ASAP, which in turn was another 5 mins. I told my boyfriend that if we come back here & she was there(long dark red hair chick) then don't order me anything. Avoid at all costs. Manager calls up and says they are not going to fulfill my order because it's too hard on their machines bcz I order too many extras, cough cough, laziness which is well within the limits and capabilities of their blenders. I own a VitaMix give me a break. Ive bèen ordering variations of the same smoothie from The King or perhaps The Imposter since I was transferred out west. When I'm simply frustrated being late for work as it was a delivery through the app and inquire as to why he doesn't possess any conflict resolution skills cancels my order and hangs up. So if he is my patient for a outpatient office visit I am just what if I just canceled his visit or my lady cancelled his ortho procedure and said our equipment can't hand your size. I just wanted to share my upmost gratitude for the young adults who were working at the 96th st location(I believe store 1304). After I ordered my smoothie and boom, I get into a car accident(both individuals were able to drive away, thank God) !! An hour and a half goes by before I could call them to explain but I was on my way!! Upon my arrival, the young mahogany skinned Goddess asked if she could give me my smoothie in a 40oz cup. I was lost at first and she said, "Well they told me what happened so, were giving you a 40oz instead of your 20oz." 😊 My heart was full as my eyes began to water!!
