Filiberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Flagstaff

November 20th, 2022. 11:19am. Name tags don't exist here so I do not know the names of anyone. The lady with a rose tattoo behind her right ear was our cashier. She asked what kind of meat on our tostada and we replied beef. Our food came out with no beef on the tostada. I tell the cashier and she points to the manager and says, "There's the manager." I walk over to the manager and wait for her to finish helping a customer. I inform her of the situation. She said the tostada doesn't get beef, only beans. I tell her the cashier asked what meat we wanted. The manager says I probably misunderstood her. I told her I did not. I walked away in disbelief. I ordered carne asada fries, the person taking the order confirmed before pulling up to the window. When i got to the window, they charged me for something completely different. I was wondering why my fries came in a small sack containing a bean burrito and side of rice. So because of their mix up, I had to hold up the line even after offering to come inside, and them wanting to collect, down to the penny, the difference for their own mistake. Not even a sorry on their part. Oh, my drink, with the requested no ice, had ice. Smh. So, I'm not saying don't go here, just make sure you're order is correct at the speaker. SMH.

This girl was rude for no reason. She had an attitude and didn't say anything to us when giving us our order and when I asked if they made sure the order was right since it was placed online she said "yeah" and closed the window. And even before this close the window, super fast, didn't listen to her questions and then walked away super quick. Girl you wanted to work at 2 in the morning don't put your hatred for your job on me. Do your job right please. There's no reason to be so quick and rude when there was no line and it wasn't busy. I hope whichever manager reads this will teach her better because I love Filiberto's but may not return to this one. If the behavior isn't corrected I will express this with my friends and family.
