I came to this location for dinner on Tuesday 10/17/23 at around 7:45 - 8 pm and there is no excuse for what I experience. The gentleman at the window was completely stoned and could barley keep his red bloodshot eyes open with his jaw hanging open. He could barley form a comprehensive sentence and when I asked for ketchup, I was handed a handful of ketchup, buffalo, taco sauce, and ranch. Having an employee work under this condition is a huge liability and it is complete negligence. This is not someone I want anywhere near my food.
I ordered a #5 double jumbo jack combo sand two tacos. When I got home, my fries were stone cold and rock hard. It is pretty insulting they would serve those fries to a paying costumer. If your fries are old, you throw them away and only serve ones which are up to standards. My tacos were also cold. Half way through my jumbo jack I felt sick and I threw everything up. I tried calling the store but their phone doesn't work so I had to go back.
I went inside and I asked for a manager. I was helped by Jullyan who claimed to be the manager on duty. I couldn't confirm because he was wearing the same untucked t-shirt as everyone else inside the restaurant. I told him I wanted my money back and explained the situation. The food was disgustingly cold and made me sick. Jullyan didn't even offer me an apology. He made zero efforts to make it right for me and only said, "Yeah I can give you a refund". He got annoyed when I tapped my card for my money back instead of inserting my chip. Overall, he acted like I was an inconvenience for interrupting his story time with his buddies in the back.
Shame on Jullyan for allowing an employee to work who is clearly under the influence. I'm assuming the general manager isn't aware of this happening and if they are, shame on them too. That employee is not safe to be in the kitchen of a fast food restaurant and I am putting all responsibility on Jullyan.

A black employee with a stutter and a young male in a red T-shirt offered the best service they could but the other two employees in the back just continued to stroll around in the back doing nothing with what looked like stacks of fries and other items sitting there waiting to be given out, and they were all also visible to all the customers — both the food and two employees in the back. 3 different customers who came in after us waited nearly just as long and claimed refunds. Many other customers were left just standing in the store waiting with no updates on their food whatsoever. The two of them were also seen eating in the back throughout all this when all customers were just waiting around AND cars were also left waiting quite some time in the drive-thru too. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour and in my honest opinion the two employees in the back tonight (Thursday 09/07/23) didn’t seem to care at all whilst leaving the other two employees aforementioned at the start to deal with the unhappy customers and refunds. I ordered a Bacon Ultimate with no ketchup, mayo, or mustard. Instead of correcting the problem they wiped of the sauce (I guess to the best of their ability) and tried to pass it off as corrected. I had already started work when I found the burger that way so I could not immediately go back. I called and the person who answered said he was in charge and I believe said his name was Juan. He remembered the order but claimed it was a training problem. He said to comeback in the afternoon and he would replace the item. I returned at approximately 5 pm. They made the sandwich but the girl I believed was in charge made me feel that she thought I was pulling a scam and gave me an attitude.
