As I went to pay for my meal I asked what are the largest drink cups you have, she handed me a cup and said this one I said okay I grabbed it bc she handed it to me which is the normal thing to do if someone hands you something you grab it.. I asked if I could get it filled with the refreshment water behind the counter, she said no, she said that was for the other cups (I was not aware that there was a different large cup for the refreshers behind the counter I thought all the cups were the same for both fountains just different sizes small medium large drinks). I tried handing her the cup back and asked if I could just purchase one large refresher drink they sell behind the counter and she said yes and also told me I still had to pay for the first cup she handed me bc I touched it and that she couldn’t take it back (I mean you handed it to me you could have mentioned that you had two separate large cups for two different fountain drinks. one for the fountain drinks that are self serve and the other cups for the refreshers behind the counter) i said no I’m not paying for this cup if I’m not able to get the refreshment drink in it. She said yes you are you have too, and it was just a back n fourth thing.. at this point I cancelled the drink she got extremely annoyed on top of already being annoyed to begin with, she got both cups stacked them together and slammed them in the trash behind her and smiled at me. I never touched the second cup at all so there was no need for her to even throw it away or even slam both cups in the trash the way she did, I guess it was her way of dealing with the situation which was very unprofessional and made me feel bad to the point I lost my appetite I payed for my food and left. When someone asks for a large drink please make it clear you have two separate size cups that go to two different fountain drinks if she had done that it would have avoided all this, I really wanted a refresher and I walked out without one bc I was very upset at the treatment I was given. And I also don’t think its right she goes to the cook and other girl who was making the orders and tell them about the situation and they all stare at me when she never tried to correct or fix it made my wait time super uncomfortable(atmosphere). Read moreIve never had such a horrible experience with customer service at panda, until tonight. We came in at 9:35 had to wait about ten mins to place our order. Before we placed it we were told what you see is what you have available which was about half of what they offer. As we were paying we asked for 2 ragoons, didnt know it was 3 in an order we only wanted 2 individual ones. The cachier didnt explain that and said well i can give you your $2 back not in a friendly manner, and i said no its fine, since there we others waiting, as we sat and ate our meal i looked at the receipt, we had a bowl and a plate, but were charged for a plate and a bigger plate so i was extremely confused as to why. I came up with the receipt for better understanding, the girl that checked us greeted me, as i was trying to understand and ask my questions she cuts me off to explain that you can substitute the ragoons for entrees. It was more of an argument vs helping me understand, i then asked for my refund because we were not going to eat the items we did not intentionally order. And she says 'Your husband said 2' we did not mean 2 orders now turning into a broken record repeating myself. 'Id like my money back' and she responded 'well i asked you earlier and you said no', 'well now im asking since we are throwing it away, and she rudely said well if you want your money you need to give them back, i gave them back and they gave me money from their own pockets. I went back to the table to finish our meal we had paid for and with in a minute of me sitting back down one of them says 'we are closed now if you can make your way out the door that would be great.' Read moreTook my order and at no time was I told there would be a $4 upcharge for the peppered Angus steak. When the total came due at the register it was 8 bucks higher. I commented that seemed high...like way too much tax. The kid laughed and said yeah it does and handed me my receipt. About that time he said...oh...its an upcharge. There was a kid taking orders before you got to the counter so if that was on the board it was not visible to me and i was never told. Anyway...again as an after thought he mentioned I would have to wait for white rice and the steak. "Just a few minutes". It wasn't. I finally stepped back up to the counter and said if it wasn't ready I would just like my money back. Not only not ready...not even started. 31/2 minutes...it wasn't. I had to ask repeatedly for my refund and kept getting shined on. I finally insisted and then got reemed out and called a rude name by the next guy in line. Apparently i should wait patiently forever but he was too special. While the employees weren't "rude" they weren't prepared to do anything out of the assembly line mode and I didn't ask for anything unusual or off menu. It was an unnecessary mess that could have been avoided. After they take your money isn't the time to surprise you that your fast food will now be very slow. I wasn't rude...I just wasn't willing to continue waiting and it took too long to even give me a refund. All in all it was stupid and not over what could be considered good food anyway. I just wanted to grab some Chinese and get home. Lesson learned. Do with it...
