I don't normally even leave reviews unless they are good. But this was just astonishing. I placed an online order, it said it would be ready at 8:18 pm. My husband got there between 8:25-8:28 pm. He waited forever at the window, and when the guy finally came to the window with our food, he scolded my husband??? The guy told him, "Next time give us more time to work on the order." My husband said, "Oh, the app told us it would be ready at 8:18" He replied, "It takes time for it to get here. It hadn't even had time to pop up in our system." My husband said sorry, then when the guy handed him the rest of the food, he said "Next time think about that." Obviously if we knew it took that long we would have waited a bit longer, but I think 10 minutes after the "ready" time is enough leeway to assume it might be ready? I think this was incredibly uncalled for. There is no reason to talk to ANYONE like that, but my husband has autism, and he takes being borderline yelled at a little harder than most people do. It would be fine to say something like, "Hey, it's gonna be a few minutes because our system is slow and the order hasn't come through yet." If you despise customers so much, maybe you shouldn't be working where it's required to deal with them. I work retail and my husband has in the past as well, so we always try to be nice and courteous to retail and food service workers. People have been rude to me here before, but I never considered bringing it up because it was never nearly this bad. Read moreWent by on tuesday, July 26th. Pulled up to the speaker and had to ask if someone was there because after several minutes nobody was taking my order. I placed my order, and proceeded to pull around to the window. I got my money ready to pay, and the young man at the window asked me to pull forward to wait on my food without asking me to pay ( I brought it up and told him I hadn't paid yet). I paid for my meals and received my soft drink. Less than a minute later I had my food, but the left out my child's juice, causing me to park and go in to get it.
Today, Wednesday July 27th, I decided to give them a second chance because maybe yesterday was just a bad day. I pulled up to the speaker and was immediately greeted, so I placed my order for a #3, the loaded Italian combo, 2 small drinks and an order of potato cakes. I pull forward to the window to pay, where the lady took my payment, gave me my drinks, and asked me to pull forward because the potato cakes were still cooking. I was fine with that, I know sometimes it takes a couple minutes. When the lady brought my food out to me, I left. Halfway home I realized they put the wrong meal into the computer when I ordered. I ordered a #3 loaded Italian, but I'm not sure if the person taking my order misheard me or what because what I received and what was listed on my receipt was a turkey club meal. This problem could have easily been prevented by the person taking the order reading my order back to me.

Read moreI have been in the restaurant business for 15-20 years, and I am currently an Assistant General Manager at a local restaurant in town. I have to say this is probably one of the worst experiences I have had at this establishments First off I waited in the drive-through for what seemed like forever they put me on hold, then, when I got to the window, the lady that took my money left the window open, and all I heard was screaming and hollering, yelling, laughing. It was just kind of loud shouldn’t be more customers could hear. Then once I got home, my order was not right. This is the probably second or third chance I’ve given this specific Arby’s location and it just seems I can’t get it right. I think they need new employees new management for sure because the things that were going on at this establishment, I would never ever have going on at my restaurant, I would be courteous, respectful and this was not that. I am not one to leave bad reviews. In fact, this is probably my first review ever because I know just how hard it is to come back sometimes from a bad review, so I really hope that whoever read these reviews and all the other bad reviews because there’s not many good reviews I hope they take it very seriously and do some very heavy changes at this establishment.
