Arby's — Restaurant in Florence

They claim to have the meats. But tonight, No beefs for you...or me! Tonights choice is...,not a choice ,or made by you, but hand-selected by one of two highly trained essential workers. It consists of their slow cooled, Real (hopefully) Meat Brisket. Aged naturally all day in an open air aging process. With petrified cheese that pairs nicely with the drive-thru times. (My dog wouldn't even eat it- If he was still alive. (It was always his favorite.) I miss you Mufasa, love you boy! The Northern Ky jaw muscle was fresh. Even tho I didn't ask for it. They were out of LARGE fry boxes. But they did hook me up with a small for the price of a large. And it was almost half full. Half Empty if you've lost all hope. They could at least answer the phone and let me express my feelings but Nooo. Just took my money and never looked back. That's what hurts the worst. Well that and my propensity to only crave a cold refreshing creamy smooth delicious jamoca shake when the shake machine is down for cleaning . I don't wanna seem paranoid but somethin just seems off. It happens alot. Like, every time now, It would take something real special for me to consider coming back into this relationship...

Worst Customer Service Ever! My family and I went in this evening.. (We haven't had Arby's in forever and I was excited about the Beef & Cheddar).. The guy at the counter was extremely rude. We tried to give him the benefit of a doubt and assumed he was just having a bad day. I try to be empathetic and patient with anyone in Customer Service because I know how difficult it can be and I don't know his story but omg... this guy clearly didn't want to work front counter. When ordering, my fiance asked for a medium when asked, I can only assume the cashier didnt hear him because he responded by saying "Okay large, whatever." He then gave us small cups when our meals were medium and large, when we asked for the medium and large cups, he went over and said, "For one, we don't have medium cups. For two, I just gave you the size closest to a medium, which is a small. " He then forcefully gave me the cups and said "Here, take them all!" My family and I looked around to see everyone in the lobby with larger cups. Was race a factor? I really don't know. But his actions were really unnecessary. Terrible service. It really baffled me how someone can be so rude and work with the...

This place.... I tried calling, couldn't get an answer, yesterday around 7pm, I went to get some food. I had a double and fries...there was only one worker behind the line, noone at the counter. Another tall worker appeared from the back, the guy on the line asked him to assist with my order. All fine... Or so. I thought ...

He starts working on my order, then another person appears towards the end of me receiving my order. I leave.

So, here is the dilemma where it starts, at 2:22 this morning, all the way until a few minutes ago, I kept vomiting and pooping uncontrollably. So, I'm pretty certain the person who came back from wherever he was didn't wash his hands. (Seems like he came out of the employee bathroom in the back, like fast food places usually have.) I tried calling, no answer.... Hopefully this will get the point across to. These people, I really need an IV since I can't keep anything down. I may run to the hospital, and by all means. I will send Arby's...
