Food was good, Service Not so much! Hostess was nasty, hardly spoke & stood & pointed at our booth then walked away! No hope you enjoy your meals or nothing! She walked around not smiling at anyone, wiping tables off, flinging food particles left over onto the floor & clear over to out table! Just plain unacceptable! Waitress was nice & polite, but a little forgetful! Girl that brought our appetizer out had Multicolored Hair & was just as rude as the hostess! Sat our Onion Peddles down & the plates & walked away, again No hope you enjoy or anything! The woman that brought out our entres was nice & told us she hoped we enjoyed everything! My husband got the Steak/Chicken Fajitas with French Fries! But they didn't bring out any Soft Taco Shells for his Fajitas or his French Fries! When they were finally brought out, it was Corn Tortillas not the Flour he requested! (He can't eat corn!) My food was right, what I ordered & tasted really good! I got the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers with Loaded Mashed Potatoes & Broccoli! The glasses we emptied were never taken off the end of the table & the little machine you are suppose to use for your Rewards & Payment wasn't working right! It excepted my phone # & brought up my Free Appetizer, but then froze! The waitress said it had been acting up all day, so she wrote down the #s that were under the code & said her manager could fix it at her computer! When she brought out our check it still had the appetizer price added to it, so she had to go redo it! She came back & wanted my phone #, said people were giving them fake Free Apps & wanted to make sure I wasn't doing the same! My husband was Livid to say the least! It had excepted it on the machine & gave her the ok, but THEY wanted to check for themselves! Went to pay for our meal & it came up that we had 2 checks! Read the 1st one & it was our full order, but the 2nd wasn't our's or anything we had ordered! So I went & got the manager & showed her that we had paid for our meals, but the other check wasn't our's! She looked at it & said SHE told the waitress to add that to our table & she knew it wasn't our's! Told us it was fine, we could leave! I was really confused & my husband was so mad at the service we got, he had already went outside! If you can, PLEASE go somewhere else! If you can put up with Rude People, by all means stay, but I hope this place trains their people to be Kind, Polite & Helpful! Read moreBe careful where you eat! One month ago we ordered salads from the Chili's in Florence. We wanted something quick since we had a very early flight to catch the next morning for my brother in laws wedding. Within hours we both became violently ill, which continued for the next 7 hours. Yep, we had food poisoning. It was also the only thing either of us had eaten that day. I called the store the next day to file a claim. The manager said we would be contacted by there claims department on Monday. Come Wednesday still no call from them. We called Chili's back and got in contact with the GM. They had no ideas that we had already called and filed a claim once. Turns out the original person we spoke to never filed the claim! The GM offered us free food for the inconvenience.... no thanks, I'll pass!! We filed a claim for our doctors visit and our missed flight. The claims adjusted ending up calling us the next day. Took all of our information and said he would get back to us soon. We became hopeful that they were finally taking this seriously....WRONG! 2 weeks went by with no word from them. We had already sent in our documents along with the diagnosis from our doctor. We once again called the GM to get an update. The claims adjuster called us the next day and asked us to send him our airline receipt. This looked promising.... WRONG AGAIN! A week and a half go by and receive a paper asking us sign so that they can have our full medical history!!! I don't think so... we have already given you the diagnosis from the Dr. And our full medical history is irrelevant. We believe they have not looked at the documents and are not taking this seriously! They cost our flight and took a very special moment away from us that we can never get back. My colleagues and I were staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel located a short distance from Chili's. In recent years, I have become a huge fan and frequent guest of Chili's. This visit certainly didn't disappoint; my colleagues and I enjoyed great food and an excellent service! Travis, our server, was outstanding! My colleagues are not the easiest customers to deal with. They always have millions of questions about the menu and food items. Travis was extremely patient and provided efficient, friendly and professional service. Thank you Travis for your excellent service!! This Chili's location looks relatively new and was very clean. Nice updated decor and design. We arrived around 5:30 pm and were immediately seated. However, shortly after arriving the restaurant started filling up and there was a waiting period for available tables. Naturally, Friday night is a busy time. I'm not sure if every evening is this busy, but I highly recommend you arrive early to avoid a wait. My colleagues and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I have several favorite menu selections at Chili's; one of which is the Quesadilla Explosion salad. Feeling my body needed some "green" and veggies, I ordered the Quesadilla Explosion salad and was very happy with my choice. The salad was fresh and tasty! Excellent dressing, served with cheese Quesadillas. You can add chicken or chicken Crispers if you wish. This Florence Chili's location is excellent. Very lively and vibrant!
