Went to pick up an order for 2 single Biscoff pies on Friday, Oct. 10th… they honestly were great! What I can’t get past is the customer service I received. Every customer was greeted when they walked in except for myself (I usually don’t care about that kind of thing but I did keep a mental note & yes I was the only POC black in the establishment at the time). My pickup was scheduled for 4:30, I walked in at 4:32, went over to the pickup counter & waited patiently to be serviced. 20 minutes go by & no one says a thing to me. I wanted to say something but didn’t want to be deemed the “angry black woman”. After maybe the 5th or 6th walk in customer had been serviced before me, I finally shrugged my shoulders in confusion (still didn’t say anything or make any rude faces/gestures) & THAT’S when someone finally noticed I still hadn’t been serviced or even spoken to. They girl ask me what the name was for my order, I tell her, she says pickup orders usually get a text prompting the customer to let staff know they’re here so the order can be ready to go. I never received that text, hence why I walked in the store (first time customer btw, so not a clue how things are done without any prompt or direction). Another employee from the back says don’t worry about the text, they’ll make my order now. But if I put in the order to be picked up by 4:30, it should have already been prepared before I ever walked in. I literally placed the order the day before so WAY MORE than enough time to have it ready before my arrival. And to top things off, while I was initially waiting, I watched the employee running pickups open the box & ask the customers if their orders looked okay. I did not receive that courtesy at all. As a matter of fact, the girl running pickup didn’t even hand me the order, some other guy from back did & just aggressively placed them on the counter without saying a word to me. Every customer before me got a “have a nice day” & I got an eye roll & silence. I’m not the kind of person that draws the race card but given no other customer had skin like mine, it doesn’t seem too far fetched to assume they may have possibly played a part in this whole ordeal… especially since I didn’t do or say anything to warrant that… Hopefully this kind of behavior improves in the...
Read moreI tried to order through DoorDash. I ordered each flavor. My order never went through. Called Arielle “I think that’s her name”. Explained the situation. She was really rude over the phone I asked her to if I could come and pick it up and said yes. 15 minutes later I arrived at crumbl. I said “I have a pick up for Amanda. Everyone ignores me. I went up to a worker and said I was here to pick up my cookies and I already been waiting 10 minutes. Workers were still ignoring me and giving me dirty looks. I got my cookies and completely gave us the wrong order. And found long hair on all of our cookies. Cookies were very delicious but customer service...
Read moreI stopped by Crumbl Cookies in Florence today and picked up a 4-pack. Every cookie was delicious! The classic chocolate chip was warm, gooey, and perfectly balanced. The pumpkin chocolate chip was the perfect seasonal treat—soft and full of flavor. The Dubai chocolate brownie was rich and indulgent, and the peanut butter munch was packed with flavor and texture.
The staff was friendly, service was quick, and the cookies were fresh. Prices are very fair considering the size and quality—you only need one to feel full, but it’s hard not to try them all.
If you’re in Florence and want a sweet treat, Crumbl is definitely worth...
