BIBIBOP Asian Grill — Restaurant in Florence

Put in a door dash order for 2 people, 30 minutes before I got to the store. Walked in was told it was about done, proceeded to wait another 40 MINUTES for them just to stand there clueless at one point they had 3 people around 1 bowl trying to figure it out. As I’m waiting for my food 10 minutes go by a few customers got there food after, ok not a big deal, but after another 10 minutes of waiting I put my head down on my hand, one of the pre-pubescent workers came around the corner and asked if I was waiting on anything I said yea I’ve been waiting 30 minutes on a door dash order that was supposed to be done by now about 10 other customers got their food left, after 20 more minutes they started talking about my order (Seeing that I’m physically upset at this point) I’m staring at the girl behind the counter that has a blank look on her face and she looks up and she finally turns around and hands me the bag that had been sitting behind the counter since I got there. Adrian is a SUPERSTAR at the Florence, KY location!!! What should've been a 1 minute order turned into 5 because I asked soooo many questions about the bases, a new to me kale salad & curry chick peas(they have a kick to them), toppings, the sauce, protein....🤣🤣🤣🤣. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, efficient, ANNNDDD ENTHUSIASTIC!!! He even made a suggestion about combining the Yum Yum & hot sauce topping. The restaurant was full of people & it was sooooo incredibly clean! Even the drink station was spotless!! He even asked me about my FESTIVE luau outfit. The staff was hard at work in the back & I was just over all ECSTATIC with my visit. HANDS DOWN THE BEST BOWL IVE HAD FROM THERE!!! My food was also delicious. Adrian's service was so sweet that I decided to upcharge to Salmon & add guacamole!!!!

As foodies and People who have lived around the Globe.When we heard about this restaurant.We thought is this just another trendy restaurant with no real substance.We were very happy to be first time visitors and Wynn was very kind and explained the menu options to us with extensive knowledge and made us feel very comfortable ordering.We chose our options of the large bowls as he described to us.Olivia also stepped in and was very kind and accurate as the line grew.Amazing customer service from these two.Our food was delicious without hype and a relaxed atmosphere and very clean dining area.We could tell our food was fresh and delicious.Our bodies was full of healthy food and at 1am we still are not hungry.The price point is very indictive of this area with the options offered. And as Global foodies who have measured many restaurants fast and 5 stars.We definitely will return to check on consistency.Go and try for yourself.You will love the staff and the healthy food options.Oh...
