Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Florence

I have been getting smoothies from this location for about 2 weeks and I finally tried a jerk chicken wrap the other day and then yesterday it went bad when I purchased a chicken Bacon ranch flatbread, I took 2 bites out of it and noticed a piece of molded grilled chicken inside the flatbread something told me to open it when I noticed the lettuce didn’t look too good either! I didn’t know they already some bad reviews with there fruit and bacon being served uncooked and now I’m typing about molded chicken, I had to call out of work today sick, I dont even live up there I’m a truck driver and have to come up there everyday around the area so I try to stay a lil healthy I was thinking anyway by stopping at that location, I can’t get ahold to corporate so this is why I’m typing and leaving this review!! The Florence KY location has got to have the WORST customer service! It’s a shame that you love a place’s menu and every time you walk in you know your going to have to deal with poor customer service. Today was really the icing on the cake when dealing with their little rush and I’m left standing as the last person 17 mins later and the staff stops to count the tip cup in front of me and making comments when they SHOULD be making my drink. I’m very disappointed since I love the company but this particular location truly needs to be addressed and taught how to smile while dealing with customers, how to at least fake your interest in your customer, work at an interested level of speed that lets the crowd know your at least trying to get them served in a timely manner, and above all speak clearly enough that people know what...

So visited this store today (9/5/22), the smoothies were great as always however, there was a younger Middle Eastern female who was absolutely disrespectful to customers and her own staff. This worker was being verbally abusive towards other employees, aggressively throwing containers towards them, continously berating fellow employees in front of customers to the point of one coworker tearing up.
