Long John Silver's | KFC — Restaurant in Florence

I haven't been to Long John silvers in a long time, I say that to let it be known that I don't know the menu. I pulled in drive through with my girlfriend, and child so we could grab some food and go home to enjoy our meal. I got attitude while ordering because I didn't know the menu, so It aggravated the lady taking my order to explain what meals and combos came with what. After receiving food the order was wrong, I was missing items and drink wasn't even right. I parked and went in and explained the situation to a supervisor or manager, whatever the title is for the person on Monday night shift in button down shirt. Found out that was the person that was giving the attitude and got some more of it while trying to get my order corrected. I was frustrated that someone in a customer service industry could have such a tone and no patience for the job description. Do not recommend going to this place because of how this person in charge of operations talks and deals with people so unprofessionally. I will not spend anymore money at this location...

We have been to many KFC’s and Long John’s (this location is a split restaurant). This location seems to be getting worse over time. The last few times we’ve ordered from here it has been wrong, or worse. Even today- my husband and I tried to get our usual that we get at long johns. For the first time in over 20 yrs I was unable to get what I want (I order the same thing every time) Instead, I paid the same amount for less food and a drink I didn’t want. They put ice in the drinks when we asked for NO ICE. Thankfully, I didn’t want the drink because a girl that was working SNIFFED THE DRINKS! She took the lid off and put her nose in our drinks. Like I said, thankfully I was not even wanting mine. I’ve never had this much of an issue at a drive thru in my life- and I have even worked in fast food and drive thru… Food was fine, but I doubt...

This used to be one my favorite places to eat however went there tonight through the drive thru (12/22) ordered a fish and more or what used to be a fish and more with an extra piece of fish and extra hushpuppies and Cole slaw and from KFC a chicken sandwich and chicken tenders but instead I get 2 pieces of fish and 1 piece of chicken shrimp just the normal 2 hushpuppies and fries and from KFC they have me chicken tenders and fries. Granted it should have been checked before leaving but there was a long line so I was trying to not be in everyone’s way. The food was just ok not even good but I was hungry so I ate as did my daughter. As for myself I won’t be back. This place has really gone downhill.
