My husband and I are traveling from Nebraska. We stopped in to eat outside. We approached the counter and waited about 5 min before even being greatest! The drive through was busy but the inside service is of importance too. We ordered 2 hot drinks oatmeal and an egg cheddar sausage sandwich. There were people ordering behind us. I got my oatmeal and 2 drinks. My husband waited at least 5 more min for a sandwich that someone else, the ones behind us took! When my husband got his sandwich it was cold inside.the people that took his sandwich said I don't know if it's mine, but it is now and laughed. This Starbucks needs needs needs to put names on their drinks and sandwiches like all the other Starbucks! Lots of confusion for the customers with orders quickly just being layer on the counter yelling what it is! Read moreNormally I would give this particular Starbucks a 5 star, always had excellent service up until today. My wife and I went in and got two drinks, for one drink we had cold foam and had requested a cold foam lid. The drinks were made and it did not have the cold foam lid. My wife asked one of the baristas about it and the girl making the refreshers next to the drive through butted in and said that they didn't carry those lids for the drink size anymore and haven't for a long time. My wife politely shared that when she worked for Starbucks a couple of years ago they still did. The barista then began to argue with my wife who quickly ended the interaction, and we left.

Read moreI've been here a handful of times, and for most part it's been a poor experience. Today they lost my order? I was waiting for a while after ordering my drink. Then I started noticing people that ordered after me getting their drinks. I asked barista if there was a ticket for my drink. The person said no. Went to register where I was asked if I ordered it at the right store? I said I just ordered it here at the counter. I felt belittled after because I felt like I was a nuisance to the employee. Long story short I don't plan on going back here. I don't blame the employee. They were apologizing. One said maybe when they put a new roll of tape in machine it was lost. The place is always busy.
