I would not place an order online here if you’re religious like muslim, or careful with your meat, i would watch them make it. I absolutely despise ham and it looks like they ran out of turkey and just slapped ham on there , just look at it..ew. I’m glad i’m not allergic or religious this could’ve literally been someone’s lawsuit. i hate to complain cause i love the workers there but i wish they asked about substitutions, called me atleast .. i only work two places down so i wouldve ran in no problem .. had problems the last two times so this was just annoying like come on.. not even to sound like a drama queen but who would be out of their mind to risk...

What a horrible fourth of July Experience for me. I purchased a catering box paid over $80. I explained I have been to this store prior, and my request was respected. John's coworker stated "I been here for 2 years, that is not how we do and whoever last year not here anymore." I asked manager John and his coworker if they can individually wrap the sandwiches i was told "we don't do that it would make it ugly", "it will cost you more", "the coupon you have is not applicable." Sandwiches good although expensive. Employees at this particular location are like emotionless robots. We said hello, no reply, nothing, I ask what's on a particular sandwich, he says "it's right up there" while just pointing to the menu board. Felt like walking out, ordered the sandwiches anyways. Giant size is now almost 20 dollars and the portions were reduced. Mike's is not what it used to be. Our order for two sandwiches chips and drinks was almost 50 dollars? Perhaps the employees were just not having a good day but that's the second time in recent weeks we've had the exact same cold...
