McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida City

I was getting 2 happy meals for my kids and a large lemonade for myself. First i was handed the "lemonade" then handed the happy meals, i check them like i always do because ive had issues at this location before with missing items and the happy meals were missing the toys, I told the window employee that I was missing the toys so he went and got the toys, as he was walking away the manager walks up and looks at me in my eyes with the most disrespectful look I've ever seen in my life and continued to stare at me like if she hated to see me or as of i killed her mother or she hates her job there. The guy comes back with the toys, I say thank you. The guy then continues with "why are you still here? Missing something else?" In a very sarcastic and disrespectful attitude. So I continue with "yes I am missing the drinks that go with the happy meals". At the point the manager is still standing there staring at me with her stank attitude and disrespectful look in her face and she makes a sound "ugh!" So I asked her what her problem was and she ignored what I said and slammed something on the counter. Then I was handed my drinks and I told both disrespectful employees thank you and have a nice day. So now I get home, we live very close to this location, as I am going to drink the lemonade I notice it is very clear. I put the straw in and try it and it is WATER! Order my food online came to pick it up in the pickup line it told me there was an error on McDonald's part so I had to go in I was standing there for about 2 minutes so when asked me did I need help I told them what the problem was they went back to look for my food I guess never came back then someone else came up to me asking me was I helped I told them the other girl is looking for my food she left nobody never came back so now I've been standing there for a good 15 minutes then for someone else to come to me and say we can't find your order and then she just walks off didn't ask me what was your order are you sure you have the right location she just walks off so now I'm standing there looking like I'm lost are you going to ask me what my order is so you guys can start making it or what you just going to just keep telling me we can't find your order so another girl came up and ask her what's going on with her order she tells her I don't know we can't find her order so to me it's like I'll just supposed to just walk off because they can't find my order that was just horrible customer service. But the other girl came and helped me and took my order she showed the supervisor the supervisor was acting like he was just going to let me leave too but they fixed my order and I got it but that's the last time I will...

Went to McDonalds to grab a quick bite. Walked into the dining room and was told the dining room was closed and would have to go thru drive thru, nothing posted anywhere and it wasn't even 8:30pm. Another 16 customers came in after us and were told the same thing. Got in line and discovered one of the only two lines had just been closed nothing posted indicating this. Finally got to pick up window, were handed two drinks and told the food was being cooked. Pulled into pick up area where food was being brought out to customers. After 35 minutes became increasingly irritated and went in to see what the problem was. Was first told food was brought to the window, why when all other waiting orders were being brought out. Then they reversed and said it was being prepared. Which statement was true? Meantime there was a rude over weight Uber driver who kept yelling at the customers, dining room was Uber only and he took it upon himself to lock the door. He was not an employee of the restaurant.
