The line attendant was very helpful. Brought me a menu for the car. Easy. Quick. Helpful and kind. The woman who brought me the food so sweet and kind. Gave me extra honey bbq sauce per my request. Filled a small plastic bag. Thank you! Unfortunately when we drove off when we were on 18 mile stretch noticed we were missing the 12 piece that we’d ordered for my daughter who is in school in key west. Can’t turn back. Sad. BUT! I called and their manager VAL. she has to be the sweetest kindest woman I’ve dealt with in southern Florida in our adventures across south Florida over the past weeks. She was so nice. Understanding. And helpful. She even followed back up 2 hours later (when honestly I’d already moved on and forgotten) to tell me the situation would be rectified at my next visit. My GF will be back later this week. And it’s just so nice to know there are still wonderful humans in this world. I know it’s a new store. And she’s from PA. KEEP HER! she was a delight. Thank you. Read moreApparently 8:30 am is when all of the employees like to eat, as we had to wait for the employees to get their orders situated before we were waited on even though there were three employees at the counter. Probably stood there about 5 minutes waiting to be greeted by the person taking our order. Almost our whole order was wrong which would have been avoided had the person checking us out read the order back. My husband was given the wrong biscuit and drink. I didn't get a drink or hashbrowns. They did give me a "complimentary" drink. My nuggets tasted like they were saved from the day before and redropped in the fryer.
Bathroom had no toilet paper or paper towels, and the floor was soaking wet. Not sure how the bathroom is already trashed this early in the day, or why it is as I've never had this experience in...
Read more0/5 stars if I could. They need to do better at attending their guests. I placed a mobile order as I was heading to work and knew I needed faster service. Instead of being attended immediately, the worker helped the line behind me, forcing me to wait 30 minutes. I know the proper process of mobile order, letting the staff know I was there, and yet, it wasn’t until I told them I had an order placed that they let me know my order was ready. At that point, I was late to work and frustrated with my service. I received no apology, no explanation, and not even the signature farewell saying.
