Ronnie was the absolute best My only complaint, is that, Unfortunately online it says the stores open till 1 o’clock. I ended up getting there right at 11:59. I called at 11:50 to let them know I was on my way in case they needed to drop any food because I know they are closing. Well I was hoping they were open till 1 o’clock so I didn’t have to rush like it said online but it’s OK that’s why I double checked. Being a former Arbys employee I know that as a company we set higher standards. Arbys is not McDonald’s you are not Burger King. We care about the clients and you cared about me. I worked for the company from about 2008 to about 2011. To this day through all of my endeavors all of my careers, and all of my experiences as a company Arbys was the best. I’ll never forget winning employee of the month four months in a row and getting a free meal every day, that was definitely the best motivation any Arby’s lover can I ask for. With that being said, this location is great and has always been great. I felt that the manager held him self to a higher standard. And customer service is a dying breed in any industry especially in the fast food industry. KFC, and every other restaurant that you go to consistently has attitude and consistently act like they’re doing you a favor. They never say thank you they never say anything positive. If you come in late a lot of the time I’ll probably say 90% of the restaurants if you come in at 11:50 they shut their lights off completely. Lately I have been going to restaurants and it could be 1130 and they close at 12 and everything will be closed. Not Arbys that’s for sure. What made me happy is that from the get-go he was very nice and he wasn’t rushing me, a lot of places they’ll rush you especially as they come close to closing time. He truly cared about me as a customer and he’s the kind of manager that will help you retain your customers. Literally if you had more of him everything would be better. I was very surprised at how courteous and friendly he was and efficient. He knew I had to get out because his drive-through time couldn’t go any higher but he didn’t force me out. My order was correct and I just thought he was incredible. Nowadays it’s hard to find good employees especially at a fast food restaurant. Make sure you take care of him keep him there till he retires and pay him more. I know I wasn’t getting paid much at all and I had the opportunity to be a manager but it wasn’t competitive so I left. Retain your talent as a company. Hire more Ronnie’s and keep delivering fast fresh food. Read moreOne year later - Mother wanted Arby's; thought this location might have improved - NOPE! Ordered two different sandwich meals (Reuben & Steakhouse Brisket) at the drive-thru. Got home, found two Reubens and some stale cold fries. Thought I was done with this location before, but I guess I just needed this reminder as to why I haven't been here in over a year. Mom won't talk me into going here again.
Update - I am so done with this Arby's location. Why did you even ask me to fill out your form, when no one obviously cares? Over two weeks is long enough for someone to reach out - but no. I will drive to the next closest Arby's and if they fail me too, then as much as I like your food, I will be done with Arby's entirely!
Original review - How do you sell a French Dip without the AuJus? Ordered two French Dips from their 2 for $7 menu. Got to the window, looked in the bag - no AuJus. Girl said they ran out. Well why did you not tell me this when I ordered, or at least when you handed me the bag. If I had not looked in the bag and asked, I would have never been told you ran out of an essential menu item. I just wish the night staff would read back the order because they forget things as they fail to listen and repeat the order, but yet find the time to ask at the speaker and window if I want to donate to whatever charity. Again at night time, more often than not, they shut off the app ordering and it says that the store is closed at 8:00 p.m.! Makes it seem like it's closed as well as you can't use the app to order and you can't use the coupons that the app offers and have to wait longer in line for your food, if they get it right to be ready. It makes it pointless to even have an app if they don't allow you to use it I could understand if they're busy, but 2 cars in line and nobody in the store isnt reason enough. I know how kitchens work, I have been in this field for 20+ years. Again, in the evening, the slider bread and meat is cold. At least the ham. It's super frustrating with the inconsistencies.
