Had wait like 5 minutes to order food through drive-thru. He said too many orders so you have to wait to order, like the lady waited before good while also.When I finally order food , he didn't get it correct. Then the manger one took my order. His Attitude towards it like this what you order. I heard you, i said, you didnt hear me correcly. So he didn't want fix it at all. So I said take it off my bill if you don't want correct it. So He refused and he just refunding for the whole thing, and tell me give his food back. They were laughing. Ask for manger ,he said he was a manger. What kind of manger you have in there thinks he can do that. You going to lose business with this manger. He didn't want give his name at all. Tonight July 18 2024 around 7 o'clock on state road 54.
My husband went up there found out that there was no manger on duty. Actually the guy Mario is shift leader. He didn't refund me on my order but took my food back. He was in the back cleaning instead helping out with front. Even the cashier Apologize for the those guys for what they did to me, he knew it wasn't right. I had dinner here in November 2023 and paid with my debit card however the charge did not show up on my checking account as it normally would. I continued to monitor my checking account for the next few days and it still did not appear. Then on January 31, 2024 a charge from Arby's appeared. I had forgotten all about the visit in November and immediately thought my debit card had been compromised and contacted my bank to notify them and to have a new debit card issued. Then a friend who had been with me at the visit in November reminded me about how my debit card had not been charged that evening and I realized I was now being charged for that meal over 2 months later! I was not looking for a free meal but I stopped at the restaurant to speak with a manager who immediately became combative and tried to say I most likely didn't have the money in my checking account in November and the system was now charging me for it. That was not the case and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience caused by their billing system tried to put the blame on me. As I said, I was not asking for a free meal but expected at least an apology for the inconvenience it caused me but instead the manager was defensive and combative. I will never go to this...
Read moreThe order wasn't right, we ordered $19 worth of food and we didn't get the all the sandwiches we ordered. This place is not too close to my house. We called them and called them and called them and got no answer. We were going to ask them for credit on those sandwiches. We decided to drive over there and just give back the sandwiches we had and just get a refund. We were tired we were hungry and it was late. We went through the drive-thru the girl was very nice there. She apologized she realized she didn't put the sandwiches in the bag she called over her manager, the manager didn't say a word she then left and came back with two coupons and said it was for two free meals to accommodate us for our inconvenience. I left the two cords in the car and when I looked at them the next day I realized it was for one free meal and the other one was an expired buy one sandwich get one sandwich free card expired last April. So I guess we will go there one day and use that one free meal ticket. And that will be it. I usually don't go to Arby's I really don't like them.
