It is sad for me to write this review as I go to this Dunkin every morning before work and the staff is ALWAYS so polite and friendly and make my coffee perfect! Today, unfortunately was different. There was a new man working the drive thu (not the window). I was advised to pull to the side and wait for my bagel (not an issue at all). A woman came out and handed me my bagel, again very nice. I stayed in the spot that i was sitting in as I had an emergency text come through and was trying to deal with that situation completely unaware that it was "the designated drive thru wait spot". The drive thru man came out, literally shooed me away with his hand and said "you need to move" very rudely! No, excuse me ma'am, your in the drive thru, can you please move to the side... nothing of that sort. I am a regular morning customer of that store and I am treating very nicely every morning with the morning employees. Matter of fact, just the other day i said to my husband that I was going to write a positive review regarding the staff as they are always so nice and have outstanding customer service skills. I would have gladly moved and apologized as I should have had i known I was sitting in that spot and the man had been polite with asking me to move out of the drive through spot. I was unable to obtain the mans name, but I am hoping that you are able to trace this back to him and please send him through the same customer service training class that the other employees went through. As he can defiantly learn from them. Unfortunately, I will not be back to this Dunkin and this one man has now inconvenienced my morning due to his rudeness and non training of customer service/people skills. This happened 7/22 at around 7:40 am. 3920 Ulmerton Rd,...
Read moreThe Customer Service is very very very slow. There were customers in line that after 10 minutes of me standing there they decided to walk out then the next one did the same 2 minutes later The cashier finally came out to serve the front counter after another customer kept calling them to the front. Then 4 people walked to the front one being the district manager and as soon as he came I had to show him the floor where we were standing has water on the floor in different areas. He mopped the water up. But at this time I’m giving my order and finally the cashier began to make the order she held the cup with her fingers inside the cup and not around the sides of the cup. I said please get me a new cup and please don’t put your fingers inside the cup. All of this is happening while she keeps grabbing her cellphone not completing the order in a timely manner. She walked slowly then walking looking and reading her phone repeatedly. I strongly suggest calling cooperate and let them know if this happens when you visit this location. I work in food service and many things were being done here that’s totally unsanitary. The lady continued to fix the order but running her hands through her hair. Hair nets Gloves Retraining Is needed. How to hold the cups with fingers around the cup not inside the cup. Train especially not walking and looking 👀 at cellphones. Putting the phone all over the place on this counter then the other. 😩😩😩 awful. I wish I had taken pictures or video. They all need to be retrained. Please help this store do better. They don’t pay attention to the...
Read moreSuper friendly, they were training a new person and I was able to see that they were very patient and supportive of their new-hire. I'd say that this location performs well above the threshold by which I judge all Dunkin Donuts I go to.
This threshold is based on whether or not it would be able to operate successfully if located in New England, the Dunkies Motherland. This efficiencies, customer service quality, cleanliness, and ability to understand colloquial Dunkies lingo are all part of this standard. They did miss of thIng, but retained the star they would have normally lost.
Why I GOD'S NAME do I see a trend in certain Dunkin territories to remove one of the best breakfast sandwiches ever developed, the venerable Big N Toasted???
They did not have it on the menu and are not equipped with the precisely oil soaked Texas toast required to make one. Disappointing, without a doubt, however the employees took care of this customer. But only did they provide what sparred to be as genuine empathy and agree that it's a travesty, but they told me not to worry, asked what my second favorite bread was (croissant obviously), and build me a delicious and satisfying enough replacement sandwich.
Don't hesitate to stop by here, they'll take care of your Dunkin needs and meet your expectations as if you were on Market Street in Weymouth,...
