This location is absolutely horrible and there are reasons for that. In the past I have order bagels with cream cheese and there is almost no cream cheese that is applied to the bagel, thus its almost pointless to get it. Now today I go through drive thru to get 2 plain bagels without cream cheese or being toasted so I can save them for later when I get home and as you can see the price on the menu shows $1.39 I get to the window and they charged for two plain bagels without any cream cheese $3.78...so ( 3.78 / 2 = $1.89 ) not the $1.39, so I pay and then see the receipt and then ask the clerk why its not the price shown on the menu, she then tells me that is the new price, not a sorry or any reason to why the menu price has not been updated so I asked for a refund of $1.00 the price difference and is told that she would have to call her manager, I guess the manager was not there. I wait over 4 minutes and then she comes back and says that its the new price and there is nothing she can do about it and the manger did not give permission to refund the difference, so at that point I had them take back the whole order and credit my card back. This right here is lying, cheating, stealing and not willing to admit that a problem that is obvious is real. Read moreMy daughter and I just had the worst interaction with what is quite easily the worst cashier I’ve ever dealt with in a coffee shop. I won’t post her name because I know the review will be removed. When my daughter walked in and said she would have to wait just a second because I was outside and a phone call this cashier scoffed. I walked in and asked for a medium hot coffee with three cream and one caramel swirl. She says cream and sugar? I said cream and caramel swirl. She then says so no sugar? I noticed that she was smirking the entire time and laughing slightly. And that is when I noticed that she was FaceTiming (with full volume) with the phone face up on the counter so she was distracted not to mention that she didn’t know that a product the company is selling has sugar in it already. I then said well obviously you’re too busy on your phone, so we’re gonna go somewhere else, to which she laughed. My daughter snapped a picture. Ordered donuts for the girls and their teachers in the drive thru, pulled up to pay and she was holding the bag of donuts so I went to reach for them when she pulled them back and told me my total again; so I simply said what I was just trying to get them out of your hand since you were holding them.
I went to hand her a $50 bill and she gave me the most condescending smirk saying we don’t accept $50 bills. To which I was like well okay that’s all I have and she pulled the bag back inside and looked at me and repeated well it’s not my policy we don’t take them. So I pulled around to go inside & pay I only to realize she was the manager so I explained to her I do not appreciate the way she spoke to me and the fact the at they don’t accept $50 bills and should probably have some thing posted which of course she had a smart comment back.
