I have ordered from here quite a few times. The food is good when you actually get what you ordered. Pretty much every order something was wrong. Our last order was a complete mess. We waited 2 hours to get our food and when we finally got it all the sandwiches were missing from almost $100 order. Of course at that point I was "hangry" and called the store to say I was done with this place. The manager knew exactly who I was because he knew every time I ordered they screwed it up. He promised me next time I placed an order he would give me 50% off for everything I have been through and just so I would give them one more try. I didn't plan to try again even with the 50% off but today we said let's do it. I called only to find out I was promised something they can't do. Fantastic Experience at Jersey Mike’s!

I had a great experience picking up lunch at Jersey Mike’s. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was friendly and efficient. I placed my order online and was impressed by how quickly it was ready for pickup. Everything was neatly packed, and the process was smooth from start to finish.

The restaurant was clean and well-organized, with a convenient station for napkins, straws, and condiments. My drink was perfectly filled and icy cold, and my order was spot on.

This is my 3rd and final time ordering from this location. Every time something is wrong. The first time I placed an order to be picked up at 7 I arrived at 7:20 and the order was still not ready and I had to wait another 20 just to get it. The next 2 times I ordered and the food was wrong, the wrong meats, and veggies were incorrect. Last night they gave us wraps instead of bread, I get it they could have run out, but we always order through the jersey mikes app and no one called nor let me know as I picked up my order that they were out of bread and substitutes were being used.
