Terrible Terrible Terrible: Shame on you Jimmy John’s! First I’d like to say the customer service at this location is awful. It seems no training, supervision, or guidance is given to employees. They are generally rude and most times can’t be bothered with a simple task like taking your order. Secondly: the food is comparatively pricy which is usually justified in that Jimmy John’s typically provides a superior sandwich. Nope not this location. Not once has my order been correct or as requested. I’ve tried several times to give it a chance and they can’t seem to get it straight. Thirdly: I am let down as it seems there is no quality control as management is seemingly never present. On this day I purchased my son a Turkey sandwich. The sandwich I received was not even a slice of Turkey on a minuscule bread roll. $8.00 gets you not enough to feed a child at Jimmy John’s! I attached two photos to this review.

11/13/22 I decided to give Jimmy John’s another chance. I did this because when I lived in Nj all of the stores were great. Apparently not the case in Brooksville, Florida. This store is terrible. I purchased a kids sandwich and was once again let down. Don’t waste you’re money here. Go Ejs where and you’ll get better service and food. I attached a picture and copy...

Updating to add, go during lunch. The manager at that time is amazing, and they are the crew where 95% of the time I'm paying for my order of 2 sandwhiches and they are handing them to me before I can finish payment, and 99% of the time we have no issues with our food either!! :) Updated to 3 stars for that crew, although they are 5. I'd steer clear from dinner crew. Lol

We've been going for 2 years now here maybe once a week at least (we like their sandwhiches) The last 3 months have been absolutely horrendous... from orders wrong, to not cutting sandwiches and then to a basically empty sandwich, and lastly you used to order, 2 sandwhiches and before we could pay and walk over to the other side, the bag with our sandwhiches was waiting for us. this has been truly horrible and shitty to watch happen, because this location used to be the most perfect location. Picture to show, ordered a turkey Tom, #4 No lettuce for some reason, and 2 slices of turkey... I like their bread but not THAT much. Ugh! Wish they didn't go down hill...

They are always super fast, never had a problem with them. Super kind and overall in and out is what you like, this is the place. Our sandwiches are usually made before we finish paying lol. Over a year later and still all good!! :) best Jimmy...

I went to this location to get to subs, worst service and sandwich ever. I was waiting to place my order behind an elderly gentleman. The girl making sandwiches was talking to the man while he was trying to place his order. Talking over him, very rude. Then while he was paying and I was still waiting to place my order, the girl making subs yelled over the gentleman and the cashier to me, do you you want lettuce and tomato. I said to her, "how about you wait until I place my order." I asked what kind of bread they had the cashier said french (hard as a rock) and wheat. I said I wanted a turkey on wheat, think it was a sub roll, no it was bread. I stated I wanted mayo on the bread before anything else, that's when I noticed it was bread not a sub roll. I said not bread. Made sandwich and I requested extra turkey, the amount was of meat was shameful. Ordered second sandwich she started with mayo before I could say nothing on the roll. She started over, finished sandwiches, the cashier stood there waiting until she was done, before taking my money. Also before she started making my sandwiches, she came to the register with her gloves on and pushed keys, then proceeded to do my sandwiches with out changing her gloves. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I will never return to this...
