Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Florida

So I called in an order at 6:38PM to this store. I ordered a veggie sandwhich "the giant size" (not knowing the actual length). The guy read back my order correctly and I waited. I waited a whole hour and called them back to which they responded I hadn't even ordered!! The money was removed from my account so I knew it had gone through. The guy eventually apologized and said he would have my order right out. Another 30ish minutes later I get my food. So I open my first sandwhich and it is covered in tomato and cucumber which I said I didn't want. No big deal. I remove them and eat my sub. I go to open the second half to remove the tomatoes and cucumbers before they soak in and I realize they gave me a sub with just meat!! Worked her as a Delivery driver, first 30 minutes of me working they gave me order to deliver. Didn’t explain the menu, didn’t explain the delivery system, didn’t pay me for the 1st hour I was there before the manager arrived, never gave me resources to learn the job in store . Made me deliver without a uniform for half the day. I work another job and was also started college in a few weeks. Manager was aware of this. Never put me back on the schedule after those two weeks. I went yesterday on my lunch hour and order,the Turkey club and when I got home. It was tuna. I immediately called to let them know my two sandwiches,which came to $30. And to say the least. I don't eat tuna. Was told they had some new people working , they would replace my sandwich.
