KFC — Restaurant in Florida

KFC location at 3890 Lake Emma Road in Lake, Mary Florida. I’ve just experience from two women there was trouble. The drive through customer service was unprofessional, she spoke to me very rude and unpleasant taking my order. It was raining while I took my order and I was unable to speak loudly. I ordered a chicken pop pie in which she told me they didn’t have any they were all out. Then when I got to the window to pay the lady who was the manger, had a attitude because I told her that one of the drinks were incorrect. She got me the correct drink and told me to pull up and park. I parked in the front of the store and waited for my order to come. When my order came out another woman brought it out, I looked into the bag to make sure my order was all there and correct. The woman comes back out and yelled out at me to move my car out the way. Now this is where they told me to park at. I told the lady that I was checking my food she told me to move out the way and park somewhere else . My order was wrong of course, and the chicken was burnt! Please don’t go to this KFC especially with theses nasty unprofessional two women! I’m really upset. If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would because that's how many they deserve 0!!!! This is the worst KFC I've EVER been to in my life, actually its the worst place I've ever been in my life period!!! They close at 10 pm so if you want to get a chicken meal you have to go before 8 pm or else the only answer you get is "we don't have any chicken" Seriously?? KFC doesn't have any chicken??? I've lived in Lake Mary for 3 years & this has happened EVERY SINGLE TIME I've been to this KFC!! I've even tried calling in ahead of time to make sure I can get a family meal but then I'm told "well I only have 20 pieces of chicken left so if I let you have a 12 piece meal then I'll only have 8 left for the night" I literally laughed out loud when she said that!!! And they wouldn't make any new chicken because they were closing in 1 & 1/2 hours so that was "too close to closing time to drop fresh chicken"!!! The excuses that come out of their mouths are absolutely ridiculous!! I don't understand how this location is still in business & I've called to complain about them over & over but nothing ever happens......still the same old lazy excuses!! Don't waste your time or money on this place......

WTH?? KFC, do you even READ these reviews? Besides the obvious 5 star reviews from the owners friends and employees trying to save face...this place needs to CLOSE! Employees look stoned out of their brains and are angry with VERY poor attitudes. Food is nasty. Our orders were disgusting and not even edible. Chicken pieces were very tiny and overcooked. No, it's not "supply issues". That's BS. You're trying to save your sinking ship by cutting portions and overhead...like all other fast food places I've been to still using the "covid" excuse. And if you think bumping up wages a little will help and motivate employees and attitudes? FORGET IT. This young generation does not want to work. Period. Not even for 25.00/hr. You're doomed until you install the robots to make and serve the food. Only then will you once again have accuracy and consistency without the shuffling poor attitudes. Goodbye KFC! We will not spend another...
