Imagine starving and stopping at a fire house subs for the first time and you’re now sitting on your hotel bed disappointed that ur sandwich is not how you envisioned and your Doritos were stale look like it had a slight opening so the first chip damn near melted disgustingly in my mouth. Luckily I opened them right there and were able to trade them. The two stars is for at least having a friendly woman on the register. It took me 12 minutes to get my sandwich one person in front of me ordered a sandwich hers came out in 3 minutes. Employees talk to much make sandwich and keep it moving when your done then you laugh and joke not over my food. I asked for extra mayo I did not get that I asked for Jalepenos had a bout 3 on one side of my sandwich Big ole thick and onion hanging off my sandwich soon as I opened the box on my NewYork Steamer. For $14+ if you add chips and a drink it was not worth it. And please tell who ever that was making the tea to wear gloves since several items are being handled and then you stick your hand in with a spoon to stir tea😳 and lastly the bread definitely isn’t fresh. Usually a good place to go for good subs. Rarely do we have an order wrong and if it is they fix it very quickly and apologize.

Today was the Medium BBQ Cuban sub and Medium Firehouse Hero. Both were cooked correctly and came out fairly quickly.

Their app isn't the best but certainly not the worst, that's not this store's fault. However, they always seem to put new people on the register who don't know how to redeem free stuff on the app.Be prepared to wait a little longer for a more experienced worker to come to the rescue.

This is also another place that asks for a tip before you get your food. Places really need to stop this process. If I am going to tip it is because of the good service, not because I think I might get good service. I took off a star for that, the floors were dirty and that the bathroom was a mess. A worker actually interrupted our lunch to sweep under our table and commented that she was sorry but it hadn't been done since last night.

Parking is plentiful and there is some outside tables if you prefer.

I have a large family, so my orders tend to also be large when I go out. As a result, it's hard to check everything and I really count on restaurants to get things right. That is what makes this location great. They're almost perfect.

But, yesterday they weren't. They timed the order perfectly, but forgot one of my sandwiches, and I didn't check. I made it out the door and started driving when I got a phone call a minute later. They realized they didn't put one sandwich in and immediately called me. I circled back and they were waiting curbside with an extra goodie for the trouble. I could have driven all the way home to angry kiddos, but they took ownership, fixed it fast and were awesome.
