the service with the coupon does not sit well with the servers, although in addition to the 2 coupons that we bought they charged 62 dollars of tip, apparently using this coupon service is frowned upon for those who attend, they delayed us the food, the server Fatima treated one of us very badly, argued with her until making her feel bad and so the rest of the group, brought her the drink when dinner was already finished and just because we reminded her, they took the dishes before we finished the food, the food took a lot, I did not come to see if we need anything else. It really was sooo bad attention and after feeling so badly treated, having to pay 62 dollars tip is unacceptable. They were many issues, you can let one or two pass, but until the end they delayed to bring the account after delivering it to the other customers in the restaurant. We had a great time. I was a little hesitant reading the bad reviews but I purchased the Groupon and went on a Saturday. First off I want to let you know Kyngs Grille opens at 5pm that’s one thing they have to fix on google. Service was great, Nicole was our server she was very nice and did an Amazing job explaining what was included in our coupon and what we could substitute on the drink menu. We ended up getting Margaritas which were delicious definitely tasted the alcohol and after 2 we were very happy 😉. Besides the good drinks food was a good portion and delicious. The menu is limited as you can see on the photo, the mashed potatoes were garlicky and full of flavor the French fries on the burger were fresh hot and crispy burger and beef tips were great. I’m glad we purchased the Groupon. We will definitely be back to eat...

In town for work. Didn’t want to go out since I’m unfamiliar with the area. Ordered a mixed drink after getting seated. Drink was ok but my server never asked if I wanted another. Ordered a cheeseburger and fries. Fries were basic. The burger didn’t have much flavor - and almost seemed like it was microwaved. Not impressed with the food. An 18% gratuity was automatically added - but was listed as “service”. I thought that was a local charge so I asked. I still added a little bit more to the tip since I usually leave 20-25%.
