Ordered pizza online. Wanted it delivered. Ordered specific toppings. Finalizing payment it stated about their contactless delivery. Thought great idea. Paid for my order along with tip. After paying it shows the total breakdown with a 5.00 delivery fee. No big deal so I thought. Then kept getting emails of when pizza was ordered then on its way. After waiting half an hour waiting for the pizza to get here from the time they said it was on its way, which was only 2 miles from me, the pizza guy called and said i have to come down to get it cause they dont deliver to individual condos. Had I know I was going to have to get dressed, go out in the cold to get my pizza, after their website does NOT say that, I would have just went to pick it up myself and saved myself the delivery fee and tip. Then if that was not bad enough, the pizza was NOT fixed as I ordered and was cold. That being said I called the store to tell them all of this and all the guy could say was sorry but the pizza was fixed right. He said the girl making it was fairly new and he was still training her and he watched her make it. I assured him it was not and I wasn't happy about the entire situation and thought they could compensate me in some way and he said there was nothing he could do. After listening to him tell me all he was doing for the issues at hand I got tired of hearing him ramble and hung up because I knew they were not going to make any compensation. At that point he called me back and immediately started yelling at me and said let me tell you something he said he was not going to be hung up on inconsiderately and for me to never order from them again because they did not need my business. I said well that's fine but let me tell you something and then he hung up on me.....now who was inconsiderate? When i worked in the public, the customer was always right. I guess the new generation doesn't know that rule. Maybe his manager needs to train him more. Needless to say they don't need to worry about me ever ordering from them again. We don't do business this way where i live....maybe Florida needs to learn how to run...
Read moreWas told they had a problem and couldn't take orders over the phone and I had to order online...when I did that I was automatically directed to SLICE, a third party...I waited for my pizza, and after an hour I was delivered the wrong pizza and the wrong wings by a person who couldn't speak English. The SLICE company couldn't do anything or get a new pizza because it showed delivered...MARCOS should never allow 3rd parties who can't speak English...MARCOS refused to make it right or offer to, instead the manager told me he couldn't do anything and that he was backed up at 850pm for an hour and a half...he basically said it was my problem although it was their link who connected me to SLICE...very poor customer service all the way around. Beware...
Read moreDecided to switch it up and order from here cause the last time we had it was with family and it was good. But it was at the other location. Order a pepperoni pizza with garlic crust and white sauce. Got the pizza and no sauce at all. The crust was regular. The sub was for my grandmother and it was said to be made fresh cause the delivery driver accidentally left it. Which isn’t a big deal people make mistakes. He was a good and nice delivery driver no issue there. But when I took the subs down to my grandmothers she said it was pretty flat and didn’t have mayo on it. The delivery driver threw in some wings cause he forgot the sub which was really nice. Overall not happy with the taste of the food. But the delivery driver...
