We were in town for vacation and stopped at this location for a quick dinner at 8pm after being out all day. I ordered via the mobile app ahead of time just in case it would be busy.
We pull up and there’s literally no one in the drive-thru so we’re excited! We pull up to the speaker and give the code from the app. They confirm and tell us pull up to the first window.
I drive up to the first window and the young man working the window looks at me, looks at his screen then looks back at me and holds up his hands as if he’s asking me “what do you want?” He never says a single word just stares at me! I say, we were told to pull up to the first window.
He then says, (very rudely- mind you) “pull up to the 2nd window.”
So now I know he’s verbal and the shrugging of the shoulders earlier was completely unnecessary.
I drive to the second window and wait over five minutes for food when there was no one in line 2 girls who already had their food inside the restaurant and I literally ordered 10 minutes previously through the app. That was another red flag.
A different gentleman hands me a bag of food at the window, doesn’t say anything, doesn’t confirm my order just hands me a strange bag of food. Then he closes the window. No have a good night, no thank you- nothing.
I noticed we’re missing apple slices in the happy meal so I wait at the window to tell him. 2-3 minutes go by, there’s now one other car in the drive-thru and they still haven’t cone back to see what I need.
I pull forward park my car and go inside and tell him we’re missing apple slices. He then tells me oh we don’t have any we ran out that’s why you got extra fries. I said, how come no one could just tell me that at the window? And he goes we’ve been very busy and just got slammed. He then turns his back and walks away.
We get home and all the fries and chicken nuggets are undercooked.
I know this is a long review for McDonald’s, but these people were so rude and nasty and the food was horrible. Save your money and drive further to a different McDonald’s or a different restaurant...

I ordered a mobile order so they can have it ready by the time I get there. It was ready and correct but they stuff my $60 order in two regular bags. The bags were breaking before I even made it out the store. I go ask to guy for a bag with handle the large one. They always give me that bag in other mc Donald’s location because of my big order’s. He refused to give me the big bag with handle’s because it’s for DoorDash. I tried explaining to him the bags are breaking and etc he just started arguing with me very nasty. Instead his solution was to give being me two small bag with handles instead one big bag. That make’s no sense now they just wasting money. He start’s talking nonsense in his language. That’s when I got upset I know he’s talking about me because he point my way. Another employee stepped in and just gave me the bag he was much nicer than the last employee he had a gray sweater with colors on it. Until he had an attitude with my husband because my husband was defending me. The men here have no manners. Replace them. Only other problem is them not filling the fries to the top. We have ordered from kiosk spent over $50 on food. My teenage son wanted some water so I told him to go to register and ask for a water cup. No one was around register area for a wile when a worker finally appeared my son asked him for a water cup He was told to wait , After waiting for over 10 minutes I come up to register and asked why is it taking so long The manager responded we’re really busy and we don’t give out water cups for free. I asked why did they not tell him in advance and just made him wait he Responded With a rude attitude WELL WE DO NOT GIVE OUT FREE WATER. CUPS I’m like OK Can u please just give him a cup that I will pay for it at register . He’s said No you have to go to a kiosk and order a water cup from there.
