Jackie is a fantastic general manager! It's been a pleasure getting to know her these last few months. She has taken this store to a next level with food coming out fresh, outstanding customer service, friendly to children and adults with disabilities, Jackie exhibits what i wish other local mcdonald's store/employee would do which is care! She cares about all who walk into the restaurant, she familiarize herself with us locals and it does go a long way when you walk in and get greeted with welcome to mcdonald's and she says our name. We specifically come here also because the store is clean and food does come out good when Jackie is working! Another reason we come is her customer service skills with children with disabilities. She is kind and patient with my other child who is disabled.. she doesn't discriminate against my child since my child is non verbal and her way of talking is with sounds and American sign language which Jackie will attempt to use when speaking to my other child. She takes the time to say hello to all customers and visits the playground to see the kids and check on parents, offering refills as needed. I have been dining at this mcdonald's since I was a child, I am greatful they didn't take away our playground as now my babies can play in the playground that we had made memories as kids in, now we get to share it with our kids today. I also would like to say that Jackie has demonstrated great team work and leadership, I hear her when she is working and talking to her team and it goes to show that she has so much vaule as a human to offer to others. We have family/ friends who own/operate other businesses, and if I could recruit Jackie over, I so would, but her dedication to her store shows how happy she is where she is at. I'm happy to say that we spend alot of money at this location without hesitation and that's due to Jackie's outstanding work! Thank you Jackie and thank you for always caring about us the...
Read moreI'm in the drive through. I pull up to the second window after a little bit of a wait in line. I watched as the car before me was handed my food but was denied by the driver. I pull up to the 2nd window to collect my food and was greeted by a young kid with out a name tag wearing just a black shirt. I pulled up close to the window to make it easier to grab the food but it was like a game to this kid to see how far he could make me reach out of my car into his window. Then he hands me my coke with the lid off. I ask him to put it back on as my hands are full with my meal. Then he hands me 1 of my kids drinks with soda all around the outside of the cup. I asked him to clean it off. Then he just looks at me like why am I still here. After his look I said "I'm waiting on the kids meals." He gives me one of the kids meal with soda all over it. At this time I'm not asking for help on fixing or cleaning anything. This has become a weird interaction. He begins to look at me again with like why am I still here. I asked "I still need the 2nd kids meal." He hands it to me and again another weird look from him and a reply from him saying "oh the line is really getting long" I said "I'm waiting on my 2nd kids meal chocolate milk" he hands it to me and this awkward visit is over. I pull up to the overflow spot and look over everything. My coke was a med and not a large. My kids sprite was brown and both of the happy meal boxes were wet with looked to be soda. I would of walked inside but I had kids in the car. I would of drove around but the line was way to long. So I just left. Management seems to be lacking here and name tags on the employees...
Read moreI went through the drive-thru on January 3rd with my husband. My husband is a soldier and I needed to get him to the airport quickly. When we pull up to the drive-thru it's around 5 a.m. and the breakfast menu is not up yet. We order a big breakfast and a cookie. As we pull up to the second window, the manager is the one to tell us " it will be a couple minutes we are making the cookie fresh." After waiting about 10 minutes, we get our food but the pancakes for our big breakfast is missing and no cookie. The manager proceeded to tell me that she put the cookie in the bag and was arguing with me for about 10 minutes that I didn't order pancakes and that she already gave me the cookie. The manager also stated that there are two different big breakfast meals. If this is the case she was the one that took the order she should have asked which breakfast do you want. I showed her the bag and she continued arguing with me stating that she put the cookie in the bag . I just asked for pancakes and the cookie and instead of giving the customer what they're asking for she wanted to continue to argue with me , so when I ask for a manager her response was I am the manager. The way the manager handled the situation was very unprofessional and very rude. I just wanted to get my husband some breakfast before he got on his flight. I ended up leaving after telling her she was the worst manager I have ever spoken to and my husband did not get his pancakes and we did not get our cookie. The manager that handle the situation her name is Amanda and we...
