Mi Llano Grill Carne En Vara — Restaurant in Florida

Horrible service, we arrived and the server was cleaning tables patiently right in front of us, and did not look at us or acknowledge us for a couple of minutes as if we were bothering her. We just stood there in the entrance waiting to be seated, until she walked patiently back and forth and finally told us to seat wherever we wanted. We were finally seated and after a while she brought incomplete menus, and then we did not see her for 10 minutes until we finally just decided to leave. I don't understand how an "all you can eat" can even work when there's no one there to even take your order to begin with. Just one server who does not even care. There were other people sitting there who looked like they had also been waiting for a while for either their food or their order to be taken. What a waste of a 50...

I came here a few weeks ago for the second time and service was still bad. They are usually chatting in the back and I’m waving my hand for signal to give me the check and they don’t give it had to wait an extra 10 minutes for something that is less. Personally I tried better cachapas but I give a 8/10. Honestly I was missing the meaty cheese they more so put the cheese inside the corn pancake without giving a chance to combine. DO NOT get the mango juice just tastes like water not kidding not worth the money and the chicha was good don’t be afraid if it’s thick it’s normally like that compared to horchata which more liquid. I had an incredible dining experience at Mi Llano The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. I ordered the pabellón, and it was perfect—the shredded beef was tender and flavorful, the black beans were well-seasoned, the rice was fluffy, and the sweet plantains added just the right touch of sweetness.

Beyond the amazing food, the service was exceptional. The server was friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. They truly added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant.
