They do not clean their food good I've been into the chicken and all that was there was the guts from the chicken I spit it right out I ate around it. But then I ordered a $13 shrimp order and garlic the garlic was watered down in the shrimp tasted like they weren't all the way cooked I only ate two of them the guava smoothie look good but when I let it sit for 3 minutes the bottom half was filled with water sickening I did not drink it. This was on the 1st of August Saturday 20/20. The worst what was the manager she agreed that the food is not like the way it was before and frowning like it was a disgusting place. The manager did not offer to take something off the bill knowing that I didn't touch the guava juice they make their and only ate two shrimps and half of the chicken they serve me was there all full of Gods and I'm not talkin about the skin on the top. The cook there is lousy my wife would put him to shame. O talkin about my wife she ordered the chicken with rice mixed it look like somebody took the leftovers and made it into a ball by hand and put it on the plate it tastes old and even the plantains had that same taste the kitchen stove must be dirty an updated food. I don't usually talk bad about a place but this was a waste of over $50 4 chicken rice and shrimps with a drink. I also didn't know they charge 15% tips automatically on your bill. The air conditioner seem like it wasn't working. Between the cook and the manager they ought to be fired like I said she was making fun of their own people. And had a disgusting face on when I was mentioning it against her own cook. I didn't realize till I took a bite of the chicken it was too slimy so I got a napkin and I spit it out how disgusting. Read moreI’ve been reading a lot of reviews on this restaurant today and I’m quite shocked at a lot of them. To be fair, I’ve only been there twice in the same week during the second week of July, so I can’t comment much on regular service there. However, when I went both times that week, the service was great, we were seated quickly and it took some time for our food to arrive, it was slow but frankly only because it was pretty full both times I went. The food was amazing. Latín cuisine generally is known for the flavor, so again I’m not sure why some reviews have said there was none. Genuine Colombian food is hard to find in Texas, so maybe I was just happy to find some in Orlando. Regardless, it was all super great and it’s reasonably priced. I think a lot of people don’t understand some ingredients and items aren’t local to the US and must be imported from Colombia or places alike, thus increasing price. And regarding the included tip, I agree it would be better to have it optional of course, but do people not read things before they pay/sign? It says on the check. I also saw one comment about the soup not being the same, the menu literally says what soups are served what days. Again, pricing is reasonable for genuine Colombian food in the US. I had a party of 6, each their own plate, with multiple added sides for 2 people and a multiple juice refils and a dessert, $150 max I believe it was. Anyway, it was great, highly recommend. Read moreI’m not the kind of people that complain… I usually don’t complain unless the situation is out of control. I’m a regular customer, my husband and I likes to come here and we had never had a problem until today! I’m the kind of person that gives second chances, but today was too much! We ordered half chicken and fried arepas, we were so surprised that the food came so fast.. when we tried the food, the chicken were cold and the arepas were not fresh, however I just asked Ada (our waitress) to replace the arepas because they were really disgusting and reminded her AGAIN to bring the chimichurri. We had to wait for the arepas and chimichurri too much time… we were upset but we never said anything and we were calm. After too long they finally brought the arepas and chimichurri, when I saw the arepas I asked Ada, “they are not the same ones, right? Because it looks like, and if they are I’m gonna ask you again to replace them because they don’t taste good” she said (with a bad attitude) “if you want I can call the manager” (we never had the intention to talk to the manager, so why she had to be so rude?) I said “ok, call him”. While waiting for the manager, I tried the arepas they were the same ones, they just put them in the microwave. The manager finally came, my husband explain everything that happened and asked for the check (because we don’t want things for free), manager said “ok, sir” not even an apology, he didn’t even brought the check, someone else did it for him , he just didn’t care… We paid...
