My wife and I had a horrible experience at this Subway. I've written corporate but doubt they will take the time to answer so I'm leaving this post.
My wife and I went into this subway at around 3PM on Sunday 8/17/25. The counter was manned by 2 employees and there was not a customer in the restaurant. I went up to the counter to place my order when the 2 employees walked out from the back. At that moment, a buzzer went off and they walked past me as the "manager" told the new employee that the buzzer means we have an online order. She proceeded to start instructing the new employee on the procedure. I stood there for a minute or so and finally said "hi". The "manager" looked at me and simply said "yes?..." I said I would like to place an order. She responded with "it will be a few minutes because we have an online order and I am training her on how to process one." Another few minutes pass and my wife and I are becomming annoyed watching her tell the employee how to staple the receipt on the bag, etc... So, I go back again and in a agitated voice say "excuse me can I please get my order taken as we are in a hurry." Again, she tells me to wait. At this point, I start to complain that it is rude to make us wait as we were here first and actually, we are here vs. someone placing an online order. The "manager" looks at us and says "you can leave. I am not taking your order." As we are leaving, I ask her for her name to which she says "I don't have one". So, I snap a picture of her and she tells me that this is not a public space so I am not allowed to take pictures. We leave and she comes out into the parking lot to retaliate by taking our picture. Funny how she didn't have time to take our order because the online order was so critical but had time to stop what she was doing and harass us in the parking lot.
I would love to talk to the franchise owner about this event and will not stop broadcasting my experience until I hear...
Read moreHorrible service Emily was not helpful at all . Had an attitude when I called to confirm an order ( that turned out was glitched due to the app) . She offered no suggestion just that “there’s nothing here “. The manager Debbie was worst and not helpful. I ended up asking for a higher ups number and Debbie said she cannot do that as it’s privately own and she does not need to give me the number . But I can look on the app for it . Told her I did not know where to look she said that was not her problem she could help me no further . Truly don’t know why certain people pick these jobs if they don’t know customer service much less how to pick up the phone properly . Wish I could give...
