I've been a stable customer at this store all year. I had never had a bad experience until yesterday. I ordered my usual drinks 2 avocoladas, one with enegizer and the other with pea protein on 10/21 @ 3:30pm. After tasting them, I asked if they could be made again since the flavor was sour and grainy texture, the lady told me thats because the enegizer makes it grainy. I apologized and asked if i could get new ones, the lady talked to the manager and said we'll make you new ones but the next ones we will not replace. I said thats fine thank you. The lady makes both drinks at the same time and hands them to me, i taste and they are delicious but i couldn't distinguish the pea protein and I asked her which was what, the lady laughed and got the manager. Manager asked, i explained my order. Manager whisper to employee, employee laughed, Manager asks me what do i want her to do, i asked if i could have one made without enegizer, with protein. She makes it and gives me a drink that doesn't have any greens in it, the color was completely off like a banana color, clearly forgot and ingredient. As soon as i see it i asked, whats this?, manager says its the avocolada, i laugh and said no its not, the color is off. Manager says is because the pea protein changes the color. I got frustrated since their attitudes were condescending, ive been very patient and polite intul now. I said, i have never returned a drink at this location and i order here twice a day sometimes since its the only thing I can drink been pregnant, you are going to tell me this is an avocolada when clearly you can tell its not by looking at it? I would like to have it made again the correct way or get my money back. The manager laughed and asked me what she should do, i said again, make my avocolada with pea protein one more time or give me my money back. She made the drink and it was perfect, i thank her and aked her with 6 cups of smoothies on the table, i grabbed the pale drink and the correct drink, asked her, do you really expected me to drink this? Do you see the difference? She said yes.
No one ever apologized or took the initiative that was their mistake missing ingredients and expected me to leave with a disgusting drink. This new manager clearly needs some experience. Completely disappointed and i hope they can train the...

I used to come to the restaurant daily because I’m a vpk teacher and I don’t really get more than 30 min of break but now I only go when I really need a healthy quick lunch . I’ve decided to report here via review so action can be made ; it’s totally fine to void the curbside pick up however the option should be removed from the app and the phone should be taken off Google since it Janet’s worked since December 2023 and it’s now May 20.2024. My partner and I sign up and go inside the celebration location to be told they have no idea what we are talking. After asking the lady at the register to call their manager and see if they had anymore clarification on this, they would only honor one of our smoothies, as nobody knew what we were talking about.
