Little Greek Fresh Grill — Restaurant in Florida

Wouldn't recommend this Little Greek location, nor will I be going back to it.

First, the customer service was terrible. Gage, the employee taking my order, was not a pleasant person to be interacting with. He was not helpful when I asked him a question, he acted like there was a problem with me ordering, and he was sarcastic with my little brother when he ordered his plate. Really unwelcoming experience by the first person you interact with in the restaurant. I honestly would have have preferred not to give my business to this restaurant because of his customer service, but we were a large party and I didn't want to make us all leave to go somewhere else.

Second, the food was not good. I've been to four different Little Greek locations, and this one is definitely the worst with regards to the food. I ordered a Greek Chicken Pita and the chicken tasted like chemicals, liken they had burned it really bad. I had to say something about it and again had to interact with Gage. He said it's because they marinate the chicken, but I told him that I've eaten the pita before and it had never tasted like this. He grudgingly took the plate and offered to remake it. The second pita was fine thankfully. But my brother, who ordered the same thing, mentioned that his chicken also tasted weird.

Overall, not a great experience at this location. I really enjoy eating at Little Greek restaurants, but this one is not one that I will be...

Came here 12/29 to use a Groupon I purchased in July that expires 1/23/23 and was told they no longer accept them. The manager said owners changed and decided not to accept even the previously purchased Groupon offers. We cancelled our order and left. Will NOT be returning to his location again!! UPDATE I emailed the owner back 1/4 and 1/5/2023 as requested, however, he/she has not replied so I guess they are not really interested in rectifying what happened with our Groupon issue!!! UPDATE 2/5 Still no response from this business owner after emailing him/her 1/4 and 1/5/2023! UPDATE 02/28/2023 STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER!!! BEWARE PEOPLE, THIS OWNER WILL ASK YOU TO REACH OUT TO THEM TO RECIFY YOUR BAD EXPERIENCE BUT WILL NOT REPLY BACK TO YOU WHEN YOU DO!! THEY HAVE REPLIED TO SEVERAL REVIEWS AFTER MINE, SO I KNOW THEY ARE SEEING MY UPDATES!!! 05/26/2023 Still have not heard back from the owner on this issue yet he continues to respond to positive reviews but does NOTHING for those that leave poor/negative reviews based on experience with his place of business!! Very POOR business practice!!

UPDATE 10/1/2023 - STILL WAITING ON THE OWNER TO RESPOND...

What I liked: The staff were friendly and helpful, the menu is easy to understand, they now serve beer and wine, and it is an overall easy fast food experience. What I didn’t love: I can’t say the flavor or spice combination reminded me of the great gyros I have had. It was not the worse gyro and not the best, it was “ok.” The tzatziki sauce to me is what crowns the flavors of the meat and sadly this sauce was unremarkable and fell flat. The combined lamb/beef meat was sliced off the “spit” (a vertical rotisserie offering slow cooking) and then grilled, however it fell short of being a flavorful experience. The lettuce, tomato and onion were fresh but sliced too big and should have been diced for an easier chew. The pita was OK. What can be improved: the gyro meat needs more spice and a more robust experience and the tzatziki sauce needs to bring all the flavors alive. The salad had an enormous amount of salad dressing so if you prefer a light touch specify to have the dressing on the side. As it is today, the sauce was as unremarkable as the meat and therefore not something I personally would return to have, but it is an easy fast...
