No wonder Chick Fil A took over the fast food world. The entire experience is better, every time, from better food, customer service, as many dipping sauces as you want, professionalism, work ethic, everything.
With fast food costing about twenty bucks for a combo these days, you think maybe these billion dollar conglomerates wouldn't try to be cheap with the last remaining customers that can even afford to eat this mess, as far better choices take over the industry, such as in the paragraph above. Wrong.
Any place that tries to charge extra money just for a dipping sauce, such as this ridiculousness today at this location, when you ordered two meals, needs to be shut down, period. If that is the way this location has programmed their clearly robotic cashier to think, in a way to turn a profit, that is about the last way you go about doing it. I personally will never step foot in the place again. This cashier lady even knew how stupid it was when I said " are you serious right now". Read moreThis location is definitely hit or miss. They get my order right about 50% of the time. When they get it right, the food is as I expect it to be. However, I’ve had them leave things off my order that I paid for, make my food wrong, etc. Sometimes I fill out the survey on the receipt, whether they did a good or a bad job. Recently, when my order was messed up, I requested to be contacted to rectify the situation. I’ve done it in the past too when they neglected to put something I ordered in the bag. They never refunded me or offered some sort of consolation. No one (like a manager) has ever reached back out to me. They have also cancelled a mobile order I made ~30 minutes after it was ordered and should have been ready, as the order was placed well before closing. Read moreOur experience and our food was great until my kids accidentally spilled a drink too which Tina (the cashier) responded very poorly She stated that is was the second time it happened and that she didn’t have to clean anything and she also stated that I should clean in which most situations I do but since she acted out of order I opted to not clean it.
